No to sure about whole company, but this branch doesn’t deserve even a star. Where do i start, we rented 30/08/24 through this agency a two bedroom house. When my partner collected keys and went into this house he got shock. The house was an absolute mess. There were no cleaning at all, but the worst was is when he went to the kitchen and on the floor was water dripping from the pipe, under sink was the same. When he opened a kitchen cabinet he was even more shocked when he saw a black mould. Mould everywhere, literally the whole wall is just one big mould. As we didn’t have any other option at this moment and we already paid money we had to move in with our 22month old child. The constant smell of damp and high humidity 80% is always in this house. We reported about this issue straight away and STILL no one cannot tell will it be fixed and if yes how and when, or it won’t happen at all. Agents there trying to lie and hide information. One said that they never inspected this place before and second said that he inspected this house a year ago and there were never mould. However, the mould is there and strong smell of damp also, and it’s clearly been there for few months before we moved in. Moreover, when a landlord decided to replace a broken boiler, workers left two big screws in the wall which was right next to a baby cot and 10cm above the floor. I went straight away to the branch and showed pictures and videos and they all agreed that that’s just ridiculous. However, it’s already passed 3 days and no updates and two big and sharp screws in a baby room next to a baby cot still there. Absolute disrespect towards customers who actually paying money.... Great! Very smooth and quick process. The letting agent, Andrew organised a virtual viewing for me as the tenant was working and I was going home to Scotland so wasn't able to attend in person. He called me the following week after I filled out the application, took the holding deposit and I agreed the let only two weeks after!
