Poor service from the branch manager, quite rude too. Shame as other staff were professional at least. I will return when management changes not before. A pity as KFH have several good branches in the Crystal Palace to Bromley region.

I am Very pleased with my KFH experience throughout the purchase of my property. A massive thank you to Tom Allen, Emily Williams and the whole team. They have been extremely helpful and patient especially with me being a difficult customer.
I pretty much used KFH for everything except the solicitor and I would definitely do it again in the future.
