I am a landlord with rental property management being done by KFH for the last 9 years. They used to be difficult to deal with initially but service has improved considerably recently. Jennifer Sims, the recent property manager is doing a mighty fine job. Prompt efficient and polite- 5 stars !

I am a residential landlord with a small portfolio of properties which includes a 2 bed flat in Bromley. The past 2 tenancies were each the result of work undertaken by Natalie and Jennifer at the Bromley branch. It was due to their efforts that the vacant periods were kept to a minimum between outgoing and incoming tenants. Efficient administration and strong communication were particularly welcomed.
