Brooke, Our agent has been the best agent I've had dealings with. I and my family had to move houses 5 times in a year. Brooke has made my last move easier, on top of that, she has assisted us with our concerns even after the move. We are so grateful to our agent Brooke who has helped us with our recent move. We had just migrated to the UK and like any family who had just arrived in a foreign country, life has not been easy and Brooke has been so helpful and kind to us. We now live in a gated complex that has a great security system, great maintenance and our flat looks almost brand new. We could’ve not gotten here without her. Forever grateful!

Malica Hunt at the Bromley branch was really helpful throughout making an offer, agreeing a purchase price and through the purchase process. Malica was on top of everything, chasing all parties to make sure things were moving. I moved apartments 3 times last 15 years and was happy that I got my every flat through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward. All the agents I dealt with gave me excellent services. Demi Letts from the Bromley Branch is one of them. She knows her job very well, is helpful and very attentive. I remembered the first time I met her she showed me the flat in Shortland, she offered to give me a lift after viewing the flat. Another time when I went to view a flat in Chislehurst, I told her it was quite a walk to get to the flat, she said immediately that she should have picked me up somewhere that I did not have to walk. Demi is a very good and hard-working agent. I highly recommend her if you look for five-star services.

I have never seen any agent go beyond their capacity to assist in finding a property like Demi Letts. Especially when you are new to the city. Demi has taken the effort of driving me around to view the properties. She has taken the time beyond her working hours on weekends which is so appreciative. I have used KFH for many years now, to look after the leasing of a property I own in Bromley. The staff there have always been professional, patient, helpful, and swift in both communication and action. In particular I am very grateful to Brooke Williams who went above and beyond in terms of customer service recently, helping me ensure that I had everything needed for my new tenant to move in. It is exactly this kind of working relationship that keeps me with KFH. The assistance I got from Brooke, is invaluable as I no longer live in the borough and it would be a lot harder to deal with the responsibilities of a landlord without their support. Would highly recommend.

I should like to award KfH estate agents five stars out of five for their excellent service in selling my home. They called around and gave a very fair valuation, carefully explaining the reasoning behind the valuation. They accompanied all viewings and kept me properly and promptly informed with the feedback from all viewers. As you might expect, it was not roses all the way. For example, the need to provide and update my identification credentials was, from time to time, a bit of a pain. However, that was not of their making and they have to follow the law.....so I suppose even that was reassuring in that they paid attention to all details. I thoroughly recommend KfH and would have no hesitation if engaging them again in the future.
