Christian has personally found two tenants for my flat. He goes above and beyond to make sure the whole process is run smoothly. He always returns my calls and emails swiftly! If Christian finds you a tenant I can promise you, you will have no trouble! All in all, he is the main reason we use KFH and he is a great asset to the company.!

After losing out on what we thought was our dream house (due to slight miscommunication re terms of offer), KFH were excellent and made sure we were first in the door for another property that was added to their books - which was even better than the original one we had fallen in love with! We were delighted with the service we received from Emily and her team at KFH in Bromley.

We had had a bad experience with another agent who sent round lots of time wasters and kept suggesting we lower our asking price.
When we decided to change agents we interviewed 3 local agents and were most impressed with Emily’s ideas for marketing the property. She also recommended the highest asking price of the 3 agents – a price which she achieved in full from the first couple who came round, less than a week after we met her.

Since accepting the offer the whole team at KFH has been pro-active in ensuring everything goes smoothly and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

That’s absolutely awesome agent. I have used them before long time ago for renting. So I knew this agent very well.
This time we were looking for a property to buy, Rebecca has been really helpful. From the moment we start looking for flat till now we moved in already. Everything went smoothly and so quick. Bought a property through Dan Chapman. Can't speak for the rest of the team, but he was extremely helpful at every stage. Didn't hold anything up, went out of his way to help and was one step ahead at each stage. Ended up being a fairly pain-free process considering the money involved. Would happily use Dan at KFH again. He's got his head screwed on despite his boyish looks :-) and is more than capable of seeing a sale through with ease.
