Me and 2 friends recently rented a place through KFH. We were death with by Christian and he was absolutely fantastic. He got us a viewing next day on a great property which we took there and then. We had the pleasure of working with Christian White at the Bromley South branch in our search for a flat in Bromley. Christian is a true professional and worked hard with us to find something that met our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the details for each flat, as well as the legal and administrative requirements which were particularly helpful as we are newcomers to the U.K. He knew what was and was not negotiable and offered to liaise on our behalf with the landlords for special considerations. He was always on schedule and followed-up with us regularly. He explained and handled the offer process very well and represented our interests at all times. I dealt with Brooke Williams at the Bromley branch and must say the whole experience was seamless. From initial viewing to making an offer and collecting the keys Brooke was there for me every step of the way. Amazing service from start to finish when I collected the keys. I will never use another agent again apart from KFH as the experience with them is so superior to every other agent I had dealings with. Don't waste your time with anyone else go to KFH as they are absolutely brilliant and Brooke is one in a million. Keep up the amazing work. Well Done !
