Having sold our house through Matt at G&H estate agents I highly recommend them. Matt has been a pleasure to deal with, after our initial buyer fell through Matt was able to secure another buyer in less than a week and for a higher price. Throughout the house buying process Matt has been professional, courteous and supportive. G&H are able to provide a more bespoke and attentive level of service than your typical high street agent.

Having met with several large high street agents, I appointed with G&H. Their approach, attitude, communication and personable style was appealing. Rate was competitive. Matt was extremely responsive, professional and has a way building rapport with people. Even though two buyers fell through due to no fault of me or G&H, Matt was encouraging and persistent. We ended with our third buyer and achieved our desired price within 2 days of opening up to viewing (every single time). He didn't feel like an agent, more like a trusting friend, always on hand to give advice. Highly recommended. Really has done a great job and set a high bar for other agencies.

Luke Goatley lied through his teeth and attempted to defraud me when selling my home. He forged a contract and lied persistently until he was caught red handed when we found the original, un-doctored contract. Avoid!

We recently started purchased a house in Bromley through Luke at Goatley Hirst, what a nice guy! Very personable, calm and collected and a great communicator. Goatley Hirst have the perfect balance of being a modern day agents, without the con of the online route which basically costs everyone else in the chain where that seller saves! Highly recommend their services - having been an estate agent in civilised Harrow in the Hill I have met a fair few in the industry I wouldn’t! Thanks Luke!
