GH were the most personable And open agents we have dealt with, driving the chain forward without feeling pushy. Communication was on point. They even went the extra mile of recommending and organising introductions at local schools for our daughter. Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

We listed our home with Goatley & Hirst and were extremely impressed with their professional and personal approach, they were extremely motivated to sell our home and did so quickly. We were more impressed with processes once we had our offer, they managed all parties both up and down the chain, ensuring they had a holistic view of where each party was and the next steps. They kept driving the sale forward right until exchange and completion. We feel they went above and beyond and we would not hesitate to recommend them and we will certainly use their services again.

We have been dealing with estate agents for the best part of two years and we were only introduced to G&H when viewing the property we have just exchanged on. Matt was incredibly efficient and went above and beyond what I could have hoped for. The process has been so smooth and that it is in big part down to him. To top it all off, he is a really friendly guy and a pleasure to deal with. They also put me in touch with the mortgage advisor who was great and so easy to deal with.
My property is now sold and i cant wait to move on to the next home. What I really love about this company is that they are not just estate agents they are property advisors and they are also going to help with the design of my new home which is just another level of service way beyond my expectations.

I highly recommend Goatley Hirst. We had attempted to sell our flat with other agents previously however had been left disappointed with poor communication and and lack of results. This was hugely different with Goatley Hirst. Communication was proactive and effective with constant updates of the work behind the scenes, potential viewings and consistently throughout the completion process.In addition to their professional manner, Goatley Hirst are very well connected. Within a short time of being on the market we had multiple viewings- something the other agencies had failed to achieve. Matt went above and beyond to chase and push through the sale, taking the pressure off us and as first time sellers providing plenty of information and support as needed. We will be recommending to all friends and family.
