Sinclair Hammelton was established in 2010 and is run by Russell Sinclair, who has over 25 years' experience in business. We are an independent Estate Agent specialising in the sale and letting of residential properties in Bromley and the surrounding areas.

The Bromley Sales Office is managed by Luke Goatley who is joined by an enthusiastic and experienced team, namely, Assistant Managers Luke Simpson and Matthew Hirst, together with Negotiators Harry Wright, Emily Wade and Sales Secretary Sinead Cozens.

This has got to be the worst letting agent I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The person I have deal with has been most unprofessional. The flat is rented by my 96 year old mother who has dementia and is registered blind. For two months she was left without a freezer for her ready meals and the old freezer has been standing in the hall outside her flat since mid November and it is now March 2019 despite regular phone calls to their office from myself, the owner and now the managing agents. They are happy to take your money but, from what I can see, do nothing in return. Disgraceful.
