From meeting Tamer Alici in the beginning to then dealing with Maev Moriarty-Smith who spent many hours getting us to exchange, we were happy with the whole process.

11th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Our property was valued too high and went out to their database too high even though we questioned it. When it went online it was missing filters, so wasn’t pulling through with garden (which wasn’t spotted for 3 weeks) and went on as a terrace not a semi-detached. Both detrimental to getting the right viewings. Selling points about our property didn’t seem to be passed on to the people showing the property, and it was not always the same person viewing. I sent a pdf over so that agents could use this to sell the property (off my own back) with information like - new boiler & boiler location, new flooring etc.. it was never used (I was waiting outside for the last viewing we did with them and was asked where the boiler was! lol) Once the wrong key was brought so they couldn’t get in.- 28th Apr 2026 (8 days ago)KFH helped us with our house sale and Deana was excellent throughout: very responsive and proactive and always extremely helpful!

We never feel rushed during viewings and most importantly, he has such a bubbly personality and we never feel under pressure. Facts are given but the choice is ours..... We hope we find our property through his recommendation - that would be the icing on the cake ??????

Jake , Jack and the Bromley team have been with us every step of the way , keeping us informed of prospective buyers who best fit our situation, but most importantly at the time , protecting us from superfluous angst at what has been an emotional time . The team are professional at all times , and I would happily recommend them !

Very efficient when they want your business but after that just ghost you. LANDLORDS BEWARE If I could give zero stars I would- 17th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)Guy and his team recently helped us exchange on our family home move. Throughout the process the team were excellent and supportive. We thought the outstanding member of the team was Aicha through the process whos open and honest communication was very much appreciated. Not to forget Harry too who was very supportive throughout all the viewings. Thought their valuation and comversations around market listing prices were pretty much bang on, so thanks Guy for this.Thanks to team M&P Brockley, no complains our side and we would recommend.
