Shelley helped us to quickly view and settle into the property in Greenwich and stayed with us right till the end 2 years later helping us to quickly check out, return our keys and get our deposit back. Great overall experience with Shelley and the Team.

We had quite a tight criteria and knew it will take some time to find what we wanted. Deana was very helpful, she has an excellent feel of the clients’ needs, proactive, professional, polite and pleasant. Deana kept offering us properties to view, which matched our criteria and always remembered what we were looking for despite the search was long. I was always kept informed, and whenever I had questions or issues, these were answered promptly. Jake Fahey leads an amazing team but I think praise should go to Jack Rampling who pushed every boundary in getting the sale finally through today. Thanks guys, appreciate all that you did with my sale.

Unit 2,Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road Montreal House, Surrey Quays Road, SE16 7AQ(455 reviews)2nd Jan 2024 (16 weeks ago)I have now rented a property from Ludlow and I would recommend to work with them , there is no time wasting they only send you properties that are within your budget and criteria , they were great at speaking to the landlords to ensure everything was ready before moving in , everything was done through them including advice on bills , broadband etc. Kern was helping us and anytime we needed to call was always there to Fox any problems that we were facing such a great lad ! ???????? If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

The service we received was excellent throughout. Felix is a straight talking down to earth guy who is excellent at calming tense situations, reassuring the various parties and generally presenting a very human and caring face through what can be a pretty stressful situation. The rest of the team are also great and people I would use again. Recommended.
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
