Since being with Acorn for the last 3 years, i have had nothing but trouble. From losing the keys on the way in, breaking the gas tap, to calling up every month for the rent, to paying for a check every 6 months but not getting one for almost 2 years, and then losing the keys AGAIN on the way out, i would never recommend this company to anyone. If you are a landlord, run. The other direction!

Acorn did a gas safety check ONE DAY before our move in date and it turned out the boiler was unsafe so we had no heating or hot water for the first four days, it was February.
Place was filthy when we moved in (it was even in the check in report that there was mold, soap scum etc) and seeing as they charge each tenant for cleaning before you even move in I was absolutely fuming.
I moved out of the property exactly 24 days ago and I am yet to receive my deposit back even though the landlord has authorised the full amount to be returned to me. I have contacted them on numerous occasions and will taking further action.
Their professionalism and general ability to do their jobs to a satisfactory standard is well lacking and I cannot wait to get my deposit back so I don't have to deal with them any longer.
We are delighted with the service we received from Chris and the Sales team at KFH Blackheath. Chris was professional, listened to me, and followed up when he said he would. To be honest my wife and I signed up with KFH because of the excellent service that was promised. Amazingly once we were signed up as clients, he continued to deliver – arranging a photographer, selling the house quickly and achieving a very good price. Really above and beyond. We have a few properties, and have dealt with several estate agents over the years. Chris really goes the extra mile and his level of service is, in our experience, unprecedented.
Sam was exceptionally helpful , fully attentive to my questions and provided well thought out professionally responses. Providing needed information and directives to speed up the move. During my house hunt, Anthony was also very kind, patience and highlighted the to-do's within the area. In all, i can say the members of the team i had contacts with were great.
Great experience .. sold our apartment and bought our house through KFH Bromley really supportive and professional team.. all staff were great!!!
Poor service from the branch manager, quite rude too. Shame as other staff were professional at least. I will return when management changes not before. A pity as KFH have several good branches in the Crystal Palace to Bromley region.
We had a great experience with Will - he was acting for the sellers of our house and kept us informed at all times. Really decent and honest guy who was a pleasure to deal with.
They are not giving proper information to tenants and taking people money for no reason the referencing agency which they are working with is not proffessional and they have no clue of whats happening right now with the covid 19 every aspect of life has changed due to this pandemic however the paper work and documents should stay the same its black and white and not adjusted to the current situation. I am really dissappointed with the service they have provided and will never ever use them again. Please, people watch out with this agency
