Andrew Young Estate Agents have taken over the management of my rental property and I must say that I'm extremely impressed with their service to date. The switch over process was seamless and well communicated throughout. I've already had my first tenancy inspection report (something I had never received from my previous agent) so can rest assured that I'm receiving a true fully managed service. I was most impressed with Andrew Young's modern approach to their document handling and having the opportunity to review and sign agreements online without having the hassle of printing, signing by hand, and returning in the post. This saved me time and enabled Andrew Young to be able to get tasks completed and take over management sooner, I can imagine it's easier for tenants when moving into properties too. Fantastic, Neil brought a real sense of humanity to what was a really traumatic experience for my parents, their sale fell through twice due to people lower in the chain, they had found a perfect property from Andrew Youngs and Neil, with his amazing personality and truthful, no BS manner managed to keep the property for us until they sold again. Neil turned out on his day off to show them round and was there to greet them with a smile on the day of the move, solicitors and the whole process had been stressing my parents, both in their 70's and moving 100 miles from where they had lived forever was huge for them, but again, Neil did the business and I can't thank him enough.... We used the tennant finding service through Andrew Young Estate Agents, I had previously used another local estate agency and had they not closed their local branch I wasn’t planning on looking for another company to find a tennant for me. Andrew Young's approach to use of email and sms messaging was bang up to date, not what I was expecting from this sector, this meant I was kept up to date, with calendar invites appearing in my Google and outlook calendars, allowing me to organise, and know what was happening through my desktop and smartphone. The further use of electronic documentation and online e-signatures made for a much more simplified process, not having to visit offices to sign documents, and being able to download or access through the online portal. Aside to the organisation and use of efficient process, I found Neil very personable, and someone I felt I could deal with, there was good contact and communications with the company and the advise I received was spot on, I will be calling on Andrew Young Estate Agents, next time I need estate agency services. As an update (November 2015) I have used Andrew Young again to let another property where a previous tennant was moving out. The flat was marketed immediately and was rented within 2 days, enabling me to move tennant in and out on the same day, saving me additional costs and complications. Again an excellent service...
