When you have lived in a house for many years it is quite a thing to actually move even when you know it is the right time to do so.
I first approached a number of Estate Agents the previous year and there was no question in my mind Greens stood head and shoulders above the others. From the first meeting with Jonathan Kelly there was an understanding of our situation and what it meant to us. Guidance, knowledge, experience and advice was given without ever feeling under any pressure. The ball was left in our court.
Once we found our next home and were ready to market there was no hesitation in who to go to. It took 10 days from going on the market to an agreed sale. Jacquie and the team at Greens managed this superbly, it was a whole team effort and it worked.
This means to me they absolutely “nailed” every part of the process - and continued to do so right through to completion with regular updates and communication.

The whole experience with Greens from Jonathan visiting for an initial visit to the completion day the service was outstanding. We liaised with Jacquie whose communication and professionalism was excellent. Jacquie dealt with us as if we were her only clients despite us being just part of her caseload. Nothing was too much for her, she willingly communicated with all parties in our chain- something that the other professionals in the chain did not do.
Previously we registered with 2 other main local agents with whom we only stayed the minimal time due to their poor communication and in one case the appalling photos. They could learn so much from the attitude that Greens have. The photos were of professional standard and we were able to choose the ones we wanted and the order.
Without the diligence that Jacquie demonstrated, I am certain our sale and purchase would still be in process. The contact with all staff at Greens (including Tara) was great.
We are now in our new home for the next chapter in our lives. Thank you to Greens whom we would fully recommend.

Jacquie Harvey has been an absolute brick over the past few weeks. She isn’t our agent but wish she was! She is our buyers agent and there have been many problems at the bottom of the chain. Jacquie took ownership of the entire mess and tried her hardest to make the chain stay in tact. Sadly it didn’t but she still hasn’t given up and is now committed and giving her best to get chain back in place.

Agent was obstructive in putting our offer to the vendor until they "financially qualified" us even though we supplied an aip. They kept pressuring to use their financial advice even though we had this already arranged with our trusted advisor. They were rude and unhelpful. Would recommend buyers and sellers to be wary.
