The whole team were very helpful and enthusiastic, especially the branch manager who you could tell had a wealth of experience, and really made me feel more comfortable. This is a big move for my family and we’re looking forward to viewing properties with Ian and the team soon.

After countless viewings and a long search, I often felt overwhelmed trying to find somewhere that truly felt like home, but Tom never once made me feel like a burden. He remained positive, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. What stood out most was how much effort he put into understanding exactly what I was looking for. He consistently kept me informed about new properties coming onto the market and always made time to arrange viewings and answer any questions I had. His priority was never just finding any property — it was finding the right one for me. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and proactive. In particular, Cian Jeynes was outstanding. He worked closely with both my solicitor and mortgage broker, ensuring that communication was smooth and that the transaction progressed efficiently. His support and regular updates made the whole process much less stressful. I would happily use Paul Carr Estate Agents again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and relatives.

In a very challenging market, where I had been lied to and duped by other agents, they provided an honest, highly professional and also supportive service when it was needed. 8th May 2024 (2 years ago)Agent turned up one and a half hours late for property inspection, no phone call to inform me. When I called their office a women said she has asked the women coming to visit to call me but she didn't bother. When I challenged her she said she had not been asked to call me to say she was going to be late only when she has finished her inspection (who's telling the truth) RED FLAG. She also whined on about being in a meeting and that she had only been working there for a week or so NOT MY PROBLEM not interested in time wasters. I needed to contact my landlord to inform him of the poor service he is paying for and in then contacted PP. A long story short when the evidence was put to Simon Bacon the manager he had no choice but to apologise to my landlord but no apology to me for wasting my time. Always going to apologise to the landlord because he's paying him. VERY POOR appears there is no proper in house or external communication. Glad I'm only going to here for a short period of time.

Matthew Port is so helpful and responds really quickly to any query, he's so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Martin & Co My purchase has now completed and I would like to add that Louise has the sort of customer service skills that you just can’t train -she’s naturally warm and friendly - I always come off the phone from her smiling-she’s an asset to the business.

6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Acres have been extremely good regarding the sale of my mother's home. We had 3 quotes. Acres appeared to be the most realistic. In fact, they achieved 92%. Another valuation would have achieved just 78%. They were also the best value for money. They were very professional all the way through. They produced a great brochure that attracted a dozen viewings within a fortnight and an offer that we were happy to accept. Lorraine guided us through the whole process brilliantly, answering our questions, giving advice, in a friendly manner all through what became a difficult process for us. Thank you.

1st Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Just finished our tenancy agreement after 2 years 3 months. The whole Preferential team have been fantastic but specially Emma K since I dealt with her from day one till the end of the tenancy, she is brilliant. to be fair they always fixed any fault in the property pretty quickly so thanks to Victoria for this. I did not deal much with the director Simon but he did some adjustments to my contract to be able to give the month notice from the day I exchanged contracts of the property I purchased so thanks for this. From our side we have kept the property always clean and taken care of it as if it was ours. I recommend Preferential.

The service we received from Acres Walmley was exceptional. From the initial meeting through to completion Matt, both Katie s , Ellie and Paula were approachable and professional and kept the communication lines open all the way through.
