I used Wilkins for the Sale of my Mothers House.. sadly she passed when a Sale had been confirmed and as it went to Probate the proposed Purchaser pulled out .. the team at Wilkins pulled out all the stops and got me viewings straight away and from that I secured a new Purchaser ..we completed on the sale today .. I can not sing their Praises enough all the staff are down to earth yet professional always keeping you in the loop.. should I ever need an Estate Agent in the future then I know who to call...if I had to score the Company out of 10 it would most definitely be a 10/10.. Outstanding service from Wilkins estate agency! They are incredibly easy to reach, always available on the phone, and prompt in keeping you updated every step of the way. Their dedication truly stands out—they’re willing to accommodate viewings even on late Saturdays and are always enthusiastic to show potential buyers around. Their work ethic is refreshingly different from other long-established agents, as they genuinely aim to do their best for their clients. We had initially planned to use one of the big estate agents in Sutton (like Acres or Paul Carr) but as soon as I met Kim from Wilkins I knew that she was the agent I wanted to use. She was so friendly and efficient (to the point where she came over to meet us, we agreed to use and the pictures were taken by 4pm). Our property was marketed at the same price as quoted by other agents, and was sold the day after marketing for asking price, via a blocked booking which Kim hosted.
Things we loved about Kim and Wilkins
*Efficient
*Excellent communication (whatsap group)
*Love their instagram and social networking (which I think other big names lack).
*Block booking (only had to clean the hosue once)
*Local and based in Mere Green (prior to using I thought they were just based in Tammworth)
*Work for commision (percentage of property rather than set fee). I think that this is turn would encourage Wilkins to sell the property for as much as possible, which makes you feel like they are really getting the best for you.

We purchased a house that Wilkins had up for sale and genuinely would recommend them to everyone. Everything we did was through Kimberley, who was so approachable and attentive. Every query we had, Kimberley answered quickly and communicating with her was easy. There was one or two other occasions where I had to phone the office and spoke with other people who were just as friendly and happy to help as Kimberley. I recently sold my house with Wilkins and their service is UNMATCHED. We were on the market with another agent for over 2 months with interest but no serious buyers. We had Wilkins out for a valuation and went on at the price they suggested and we were sold within a week! My house sold through Wilkins in July 23.
Initially I had a few estate agents round to gauge how they would work. Sean stood out with the way he and Wilkins operated. The photos were brilliant, really reflected the qualities of the house. The viewing stage was also seemless, they'd get there early to make sure everything was pristine and then have a full day of viewings. Another thing that separated them was the urgency. They'd do an open day on a Saturday and Sunday, there were no real limits to when they would do a viewing. Moving into the final offer stage they were brilliant and very efficient. From there they managed to get the house sold and keys exchanged in a couple of months. Sean and his team were phenomenal throughout the whole process, in what was quite a complicated sale at no fault of their own. They navigated challenging situations to get the house sold in a timely manner.

Wilkins were amazing from start to finish - always really helpful, honest and responsive. Within a day or so of being on the market we had over 20 viewings booked! They set up a WhatsApp group to keep you in the loop on any news or changes which is really helpful when you’re working and not always able to answer the phone straight away. Kim, Beth, Grace & Sean were all fantastic to deal with and we really felt at ease leaving them to carry out the viewings for us - it really feels like a well run family business and it’s important to have that trust. We were unfortunate enough to have our buyers pull out and Wilkins very quickly were able to sell our property again within a matter of weeks. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of selling. Although they’re based in Tamworth and Sutton, our property was sold in Great Barr so definitely worth speaking to them if you’re thinking of selling.

We found Wilkins through their Tamworth office where they were really helpful and courteous. It transpired they were expanding to the Sutton Coldfield area and so we had a valuation. This is a lovely family business. Sean, Josh and Paul have all been fantastic and more recently Beth. Nothing is too much trouble and they are passionate about what they do and great communicators. The fact that they set up a WhatsApp group with all the team for each property is just brilliant. As soon as there is any news, they WhatsApp you and so viewings are arranged quickly and swiftly. Even though their commission was a fixed price, they did not push us to accept low offers at all, wanting us to get the best possible price for our property. We would highly recommend them.
