Beth assisted us with the letting of a flat in Sutton. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. From the initial contact through taking great photos and doing the viewings to sorting the lease with the chosen tenant. Wilkins are a younger, more modern agency, extremely proactive with fast communication. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

all smiles and freindly on first visit to house.made an appointment to discus forward planning arrived for said time sean then started to shout accross the room saying what can i do for you in front of the other staff .he came up with an excuse of what we had previously discussed asking other member of staff to confirm that bye the bye Sean has come back to us with any other proposals 2 weeks later .i would not recomend this company under any circumstances

Great service, what more can I say? Responsive and good communication throughout the lengthy and stressful process of buying and selling a home. There was an open and honest appraisal of the property being sold. Brilliant photography and marketing too. And the whole team put up with my daft questions throughout the process!

I recently sold my house with Wilkins and their service is UNMATCHED. We were on the market with another agent for over 2 months with interest but no serious buyers. We had Wilkins out for a valuation and went on at the price they suggested and we were sold within a week! The whole team were phenomenal Sean, Kim, Bethan and especially Grace went above and beyond for us with updates daily and got us completed in 3 months.
