Andrews were acceptable to work with. I would recommend them with certain reservations. While I would recommend them with some reservations, particularly due to my emphasis on professional communication and attention to detail, I found certain aspects lacking. Specifically, their marketing materials exhibited poor spelling and grammar, and the brochure lacked organized placement of photographs. Additionally, during a property viewing, an agent who had not previously seen my home arrived late with an unpleasant garlic breath, parking on my driveway from which I especially moved my car to give room for the people viewing. Although I question the generosity of my rating for Andrews, they did successfully facilitate the sale of my property. Reflecting on my experience with various agents, I am disheartened by the general lack of regard for the significance of selling a home, not only as a substantial financial investment but also as a place rich with emotional attachments and memories....
