We chose Andrews for the sale of our property for a number of reasons; they were professional, prompt and understanding to our anxieties around listing before we had found somewhere ourselves and were not pushy at all, really following our lead. Paula was fantastic in managing the initial process, which resulted in a huge number of viewings! Between Paula and Charlie, who created a beautiful brochure, and Alex who conducted most of the viewings, we were blown away by their commitment and genuine care towards the property and sale. Throughout the selling process, we hit some unexpected bumps in the road, but Paula and Charlie navigated these calmly, following up with buyers and solicitors to facilitate the process. Despite these issues, we still managed to complete within a very respectable timeframe. We are very grateful for the hard work and dedication of the team, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We recently used Andrew’s Stroud branch to sell our home, and also our onwards purchase. They have been nothing but helpful from the beginning and I can’t give them enough credit for all they’ve had to do to get our chain through to completion. We found the property we wanted so needed to sell fast, and had our house on the market within a few days and it sold within 12 days (in winter!). There were some pretty difficult hurdles to overcome within the chain, but the staff were so helpful and put up with my multiple phone calls a day with endless questions, and didn’t seem phased by my pestering!!! In particular, Alex has been an absolute saint and we are so grateful for all the time he put in to sorting out things. Also a big thanks to Shayla who would provide reassurance and a listening ear!<br>All staff have been brilliant and we’ve been so pleased with the service provided.

Very poor experience from start to finish.<br><br>This has honestly been one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Communication was difficult, the whole process was unnecessarily stressful, and simple matters were made far more complicated than they needed to be.<br><br>The handling of the tenancy issues at the end was particularly poor. Rather than dealing with matters fairly and reasonably, there seemed to be constant resistance, inconsistency and very little effort to resolve things in a practical way. I found Charlotte Jobbins especially difficult to deal with throughout, which only added to an already frustrating experience.<br><br>Overall, the service felt unhelpful, badly managed and lacking in professionalism. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Andrews to anyone.

However, during the pandemic, we noticed a decline in professionalism and responsiveness, with communication becoming slow and service quality falling short of our expectations.<br><br>Despite these challenges, Andrews has since made significant improvements. In particular, Giles has been instrumental in turning things around. Through our personal relationship and his role in property management, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication. Giles has been proactive in managing our properties, especially given our overseas location, and has effectively addressed any issues that arose. His efforts have restored our confidence in their services.<br><br>Overall, Andrews Property Management remains a solid benchmark for property management. While there were difficulties during the pandemic, their recent performance—particularly under Giles’s leadership—has been commendable. I'm so glad I chose Andrews to sell my house in Stroud. From the first visit Charlie's energy and enthusiasm sold the firm to me, he liked my house and wanted to sell it and he did! The energy, team work and welcome as you enter the branch is tangiable, they communicate with each other and are all able and willing to answer any queries. Charlie and Shayla were assigned to my sale but Mandy, Helen and Josh all showed prospective buyers round and so were familiar with the property. Andrews offered 'soft marketing' which appealed to me, they drew up the details for the house and, with my agreement, showed a few prospective buyers round before I was ready to advertise it online and in the shop window a few months later. Once I was ready, I gave them the go-ahead and it was sold at the asking price before a board had been errected. I'm a very satisfied customer, and a bonus is that charities benefit from the sale, I have no reservation in recommending Andrews to sell your house. Thank you to the A team!

Andrews is the one!!!! I had viewings from Andrews and Hunters, a nice young lady from Andrews called Shayla came and valued my property so professionally and full of confidence and she wasn’t wrong as my property was sold in no time!. The photographer had a set of my keys as I was at work, he locked the porch door and my porch door key was inside the house!! After getting home on a long day at work I was locked out ???????????????, it was 9pm I was tired I wanted to just get in my house and sleep, Andrews came to my rescue when another nice lady named Paula out of her own time opened up the depot just to give me the porch key so I could get in my property! Wow! I felt so bad, however Paula was so greatful and I thank her so much! Also Shayla was involved by keeping me updated on getting my porch key ASAP late at night!. (Was all my own fault btw). And not to forget a top young man called Josh! He was ace! We communicated a lot, he was keeping me in the loop on every bit of progress, chasing the solicitors from both sides, politely giving them a kick up the bum! He got the exchange and deal over the line in no time! We are now friends and we msg each other about sports and life in general. Andrews made my life happy and easy! Whoever is in charge of these guys then they deserve a pay rise or at least a bonus!! Thank you Andrews!. Msg to the public! If you don’t choose Andrews on buying or selling, your an idiot. Andrews were acceptable to work with. I would recommend them with certain reservations. While I would recommend them with some reservations, particularly due to my emphasis on professional communication and attention to detail, I found certain aspects lacking. Specifically, their marketing materials exhibited poor spelling and grammar, and the brochure lacked organized placement of photographs. Additionally, during a property viewing, an agent who had not previously seen my home arrived late with an unpleasant garlic breath, parking on my driveway from which I especially moved my car to give room for the people viewing.
Although I question the generosity of my rating for Andrews, they did successfully facilitate the sale of my property.
Reflecting on my experience with various agents, I am disheartened by the general lack of regard for the significance of selling a home, not only as a substantial financial investment but also as a place rich with emotional attachments and memories.

We can’t thank Emily and her team at the Stroud office enough for their excellent efforts in selling our property. At our first initial consultation with Emily she was professional, enthusiastic and friendly and we were confident in her selling our house. Her team took a lot of the stress out of the selling process, and we knew we could rely on Emily and her team to have everything in hand so we could manage our family life at the same time. Emails and phone calls were responded to promptly which we very much appreciated.<br>Emily went above and beyond to ensure our house sale went to plan, even hand delivering paperwork to our solicitors which was a 5 hour round trip during the postal strike.
