I honestly cannot recommend Garry enough! He was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of getting my first mortgage sorted.<br><br>From start to finish, he was kind, patient and incredibly helpful, always taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer any questions I had. As a first-time buyer, the whole process felt quite daunting, and I was conscious of making sure I understood everything and wasn’t getting myself into something I didn’t fully understand. Garry was always in my corner, reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable with each step.<br><br>His support made such a difference, and I genuinely felt that he had my best interests at heart throughout. GL53 7JX<br><br>I held the tenancy of the above property for a short period of time in 2025 through Andrews Lettings and Management in Cheltenham.<br><br>Andrews Lettings and Management acknowledged miscommunication regarding the pre-clean and also acknowledged that the professional clean conducted before the tenancy started did not address all the issues.<br><br>Andrews Lettings and Management also conducted two viewings of the property without my prior knowledge or consent. Furthermore, Andrews Lettings and Management returned my deposit to me ten days late.<br><br>Andrews Lettings and Management caused me avoidable aggravation, distress and inconvenience.

Rushed viewing and didn’t feel welcomed Eva was at the back of the property and not the front the current tenant had to take us through the house and take us to Eva and then she seemed surprised when we turned up for the viewing and said she had been trying to contact us but I didn’t receive any calls or texts we was on time for my appointment was actually a few minutes early and then proceeded to rush us around the property hardly got time to view it because of the rush eva had on her she also didn’t have any answers to any of the questions I actually had time to ask before we was even done the next viewing was already there and she seemed more interested in them over me and my partner<br>poor experience overall

My wife was unable to communicate so I turned to Andrew’s, with whom she had been dealing for many years, for help during a tenancy changeover. Everyone I contacted was amazingly helpful and understanding but I must express particular gratitude to Hayley Tennet and Laura Bagley for their willingness to go the extra miles whilst I was struggling to deal with what life had delivered. I am beyond grateful to the amazing team at Andrew Estates – especially James, Sam, and Frederick.<br><br>After receiving the Memorandum of Sale on April 30, I made the mistake of hiring a cheap solicitor who caused endless delays and stress due to poor communication. At one point, I genuinely thought the deal would collapse or the contract would be indefinitely delayed.<br><br>But thanks to Sam’s leadership and Frederick’s timely communication with the seller – and James, who first guided me into the process – everything turned around. Would recommend Andrews we had good service from March and her team in selling our house. March also pointed us in the direction of the bungalow we bought and liaised with the Bishops Cleeve Branch of Andrews to help us secure it. Our thanks to both Andrews Cheltenham and Andrews Bishops Cleeve for all their hard work. A word of warning though do not use Taylor Rose solicitors, who Andrews recommend they are useless and cause more stress than necessary, the solicitor would not speak to me after sending a very worrying report through, they dragged their heels and had to constantly phoning to get them to do anything with the purchase of our new property, waited till we were about to exchange before asking for proof we worked , retired thirteen years ago and had destroyed all that as thought no longer necessary lead us a merry dance about it, also took three hours to transfer the money on completion, both estate agents and vendors solicitor and myself making several phone calls to find out why the delay, and a their bill was very confusing. Lodging a complaint against them.

Andrews were okay to let us rent a flat, for around 1and half years, landlord responded exceptionally well rather than Andrews property, however when we were to leave the house due to sickness everything turned upside down , they blamed landlord that he wasn't happy and he wanted to take the whole deposit away! and they confused me with multiple people giving different information ultimately Lucy who was supposed to give our deposit back said kitchen hob was broken , she don't know after the switch is ON there is touch system on induction and blamed it on us and dishwasher too , it's rude to give a tenet rusty dishwasher and expect us to use even after we asked them to take back! Later blamed it on us! She said the windows need to be recertification which is none of tenants business moreover she said you should have called the owner to get the windows certified , she was extremely rude, she gave me no chance to explain my case, I had an operation and was not in a state to argue with her, such was her conversation, extremely intimidating, after all that happened, she took away the whole deposit and half month's rent ?????? approximately £1,400 change. And gave me a false quote which is a typed mail..even if we buy a toothpaste we get reciept she did not give receipts she just gave me a typed mail by herself.<br>She took full advantage of me being sick and not being able to chase the case.<br>If she blamed cleanliness she could have given the rest of the money, but she did not do.<br>I don't know if there is a thorough audit system as to check if their employees do a genuine job!<br>I saw on the advertisement after we left ,the same flat there is an option regarding deposit can be omited and she sent me the same amount in the quote which sent fr repairs" and that's is how they manage to attract next costomer to omit their deposit.

We could not have managed the house sale from a distance without Andrews. The Andrews team were persistent in showing interested customers around the vacant house, and giving prompt and considered feedback for each visit. They were also helpful in answering various queries, such as locating reliable tradespeople. One area for improvement could be the initial valuation, which we think was high enough to discourage some early customers. However, they were on board with reductions in the asking price. Most significantly, they managed the interface between buyer and seller very well. We were very pleased with the outcome.

Andrews have been managing a flat I let for some 5 years. I have always found property managers helpful but Eva Whitehead has been extraordinary helpful. Some 12 weeks ago my tenants reported flooding from the sink which became very complicated to manage. Eva was tireless in her efforts to pursue the Management company/Freeholder to respond to what very much appeared to be a buildings issue as the U bend was not blocked. This took multiple days as she was contended to different contractors. Needless to say the tenants were becoming exasperated as the flood continued for another 4 occasions. Eventually Eva and I agreed that independent plumbing specialists should be called in and that the tenants be compensated with a reduction in 1 month’s rent whilst the problem was sorted. Eva remain the independent plumbers whilst they undertook their investigation so as to fully understand the situation and how to resolve it.<br>Eva went way beyond what I would have expected, managing not only to get the problem resolved but in a manner which supported the tenants and myself. I cannot recommend her personal skills and knowledge sufficiently in working through this extremely difficult management issue

Very impressed with service compared to Saville's who I used before. They gave really poor back up having supplied tenants who treated the place badly and caused damage. Andrew's however were helpful, found excellent tenants. They arranged necessary repairs at reasonable prices (unlike Saville's who's workmen charge whatever they can get away with). Andrews were even helpful when I decided to take over management myself - giving me all the information I needed to do so and were fully cooperative. I cannot praise Matthew and the maintenance team highly enough.
