Absolutely appalling service from a tenant's perspective, a totally landlord centric agency IMO. At least two members of staff didn't appear to have the sense they were born with. Demands for money for repairs which were the responsibility of the landlord, delays and stalling tactics, asserting the landlord had been contacted when they hadn't ... the list goes on.
Keep records of every communication you have with them and take pictures of every defect you find at the start of your tenancy and also pictures of the flat before you leave as they will deduct a huge amount from your deposit without this evidence.
