I cannot thank Ben (previously from Andrew's Sutton and Orpington offices) any more for the exceptional sevice and support that he has personally provided me over the past 6 months. He has helped in so many different ways, that it is difficult to list them here in a review. Choosing a few key words, he is: Communicative to everybody; provider of reasoned, sound advice and guidance; supportive; knowledgeable and informative; quick to respond and above all friendly, upbeat and positive. He helped me successfully to effectively remove one of my tenants from an existing Tenancy Agreement (who had to vacate my property suddenly for medical reasons) and set up a new TA for a new tenant joining the tenancy. It was an extremely protracted process in particular in having to "exchange" a portion of the deposit between the old and new tenant. Ben is to be commended for his patience and perserverance with everybody in this process. I understand that Ben has recently been promoted to Andrew's Reigate office and now you know why!!...
