Robbie Power has kept me updated and explained stuff in layman's terms. I have found that when I have had difficulty with some of the processes involved he has helped me to sort things out . Really helpful all the way through and has given great advice

They were not very good at managing comms between us and the buyer. My solicitor ended us giving me better advice and help than the agent did despite needing to pay them over double what I pay my solicitor. Half the time felt they were acting on behalf of the buyer.

Excellent having one person to communicate with and who knew me and the flat inside out (and was lovely to deal with). But no offers, perhaps valued incorrectly, didn’t see enough positive change or detailed feedback and actions.

As a tenant I obviously have to liaise with letting agents and sometimes more regularly than other times. This branch of Andrews and its staff I’ve always held in high regard.
In recent times I have had liaise with Monika for one thing or another and always found her very helpful and professional. I think she’s brilliant at her job - how speedily issues are dealt with, communication and general helpfulness.
Thus far I am pleased as it all makes life more bearable in stressful times. Thank you Monika.
