Do not rent a property from Annandvilla Estate Agents. I rented a '3 bedroom' flat in Bow which turned out to be a 2 bedroom with an illegally built wall creating the 3rd bedroom. The wall cut out all natural light and ventilation to the living room and kitchen, shown in the attached photos. The property is not compliant with fire safety regulations - a huge risk to the safety of any tenant. Until recently, the property freeholder and council were unaware of the wall and malpractice of Annandvilla and the landlord, Mr Rangarajan Venkatesan. The property and the issues raised are currently being addressed. Furthermore, Annandvilla Estate Agents failed to clean the property or provide and inventory prior to, or during, the tenancy. they were unapologetic and incompetent. The landlord refused to ever speak to us during the tenancy and went as far as blocking my number. Thankfully, only through the threat of further legal action, I have now moved out of the flat. The flat, on Pancras Way, is currently being advertised to rent on Annandvilla's website - do not rent it or go anywhere near the agency.... Read more

Organised a viewing for a property today on 10/07/2017. I was talking to the agent and then as soon as i asked to speak to the landlord I was ignored. I traveled from Leeds for the booking but nobody would answer the phone or email. I went to the office address listed on their website.. 58-60 Kensington Church Street.. only to find out it was a FAKE address and the company just is registered there but NO OFFICE! SCAM ARTISTS!... Worst agency ever. Read bad stuff about them in forums, too (about them refusing to release deposits and being non-responsive during tenancy). Scheduled a viewing, never received exact address of the flat or the agents mobile. Called office twice after that, no answer. Showed up to the viewing (without exact address!) and nobody shows up. Left voicemails and have never heard back. Avoid!!!... Read more

Do not use this Estate Agents. We have to go through them for everything as we were not allowed contact with out landlord. We are currently in dispute with them about the deductions of the deposit. It took over the legal length of time to hand back our deposits in the first place, and when they finally did it only after the threat of a solicitor. They handled everything very unprofessionally and it is now a month after we moved out and things are still not sorted. They are immoral and have not helped us at all.... Read more
