We are so glad we chose M&P for our sale - we were highly impressed with Bas when we went through the buying process and thought the QP team came across really well when we were deciding to sell (having spoken to all the other local agents on Salusbury Road).
During the sale, we had an excellent experience with Lewis Assim - his communication, expertise and responsiveness was honestly so helpful and we were really pleased with the sale price Lewis successfully negotiated.

Great experience with marsh & parsons for our first time renting in London. Tyanna (Our agent) told us about the local area and was very friendly & approachable. Rachel was also great and helped us out whenever we needed. All the staff are very helpful whenever we’ve had to call / dropped in even if they’re not directly involved. Marsh and Parsons Queens Park have let and managed our rental property over the last 3 years, and we are just finalising sale through them. The rental team were excellent in finding tenants and very professional set up on the financial side. Property management is quite expensive but the team are responsive and professional.
And then the sales team have been excellent. Aureta took the sale on a few months ago and has been a pleasure to deal with, making sure everything worked smoothly with our tenants and ensuring the process towards sale kept moving forwards. Professional and friendly service

I spent five months looking for the right house, and although the house I wanted was not through Marsh and Parsons, I think that Lewis Assim (Marsh & Parsons Queens Park) was one of the best estate agents I dealt with. He took the time to drive me around a number of different places talked to me about the area, and even when I told him I was going to change my area of focus, an area that he did not cover, he took the time to talk to me about it, tell me about the pros and cons of different parts of that other area and actively took interest in my search. He also took the time to really listen and understand what I wanted, and during the time that I was looking in his area, he never showed me some that did not fit my criteria. I would strongly recommend him.

My partner and I worked with Lewis Assim, one of the sales managers at M&P. He was extremely friendly from the get go and very quickly honed in on the kind of flat we were looking for.
We had a complex issue at one point with a flat we loved. We sent him some information and he went through it meticulously and reassured us with the information he gave us, citing all his sources.
Without him going the extra mile, we likely would have continued our search, potentially taking us to another agents'.

Tom Harrington was the agent who welcomed me when I stepped into the agent out of the blue. The next day he was able to drive me around and show me 3 places so made the search much more efficient. I feel he's one of those rare agents who truly genuinely wants to help you and a good listener of you needs. It was a horrible experience - bait & switch tactics were used, basically anything to get the contract signed. On top of the bait & switch, there was also an issue she was aware of but only shared this information once the keys were handed over knowing that it then wouldn't be her problem.

We are deeply disappointed by the service we received from Marsh & Parsons at Queen's Park. It's been almost 2 weeks since the check-out at the property they were managing and they are yet to return our deposit. It is completely unfair that a tenant has to pay a deposit on the same day to secure a property and big real estate agents like Marsh & Parsons delay paying back the deposit, especially when there is no damage to the property. They should respect the rights of the tenants and treat them in the same way tenants do. They are unprofessional and unreliable so I would avoid dealing with them in future.

Quite simply the worst customers experience you could expect from an estate agent. As a tenet we were badgered for money on a quarterly basis which we did not owe, throughout a 3 year period. After leaving we were demanded to pay missing fees we did not owe or they would be removed from our deposits, again which we did not owe. Truly awful management of clients.

They have put a sign out the front of our house that is so low we've hit our heads on it several times. It's at the corner of the property, sticking out into the sidewalk, and at 1.55 metres height - meaning the average UK person would hit their head against it in passing.
When I call to complain about the height they responded "If you've already hit your head on it, you now know it's there and can avoid it." So it's my responsibility every time I enter and leave my property to avoid their sign, and anyone else coming or going from our place or walking near the property down the sidewalk has to just 'learn from experience' that Marsh and Parsons don't care about hazardous sign heights.
The other explanation given for why they will not do anything about this is "it's an advertisement. It needs to be noticed". While EVERY other real estate sign in the neighbourhood is at a sensible height, above the average UK citizen - Marsh and Parson's need to not only be noticed through visibility, but also scratching your face!

Negotiate an early break clause!! We just had a horrible experience renting a property through Marsh and Parsons Queens Park. Everything breaking down all the time. For 8 months, every two weeks an issue. One of the rooms has humidity coming through the walls and can’t be used in winter. The other has improper sealing for the fireplace resulting in a draft coming in. We had 4 leaks in our time here due to improper sealing of the bathroom floors. Very painful landlord who refuses to fix things to high standard and takes ages to act. The house has been rented back to back for 10y, with no proper refurb. Hence, we found it incredible that M&P put it back in the market without warning the next tenants, despite all our feedback. We feel sorry for whoever got caught in this trap again. For £5,000 per month. Clearly the clients aren’t your priority.

In a hard market, where there are few properties coming onto the market and hesitant buyers, you would do well not to get excited by the properties
listed on their website. As some are being left up there even though they are no longer available... This is a common theme and really very frustrating for those looking to get viewings in the little spare time they have outside of work.

We are making the move from South West London to Kensal Rise/Queens Park, and as a first time buyer this can be rather overwhelming. If anyone else is in this position, I would highly recommend that you don’t waste your time with the other estate agents in the area, and contact RICHARD ELLIOTT! He was outstanding. He is a natural relationship builder and took the time to get to know what we are looking for, budgets, timescales, goals etc and he delivered. Every property was in line with our brief. He didn’t force us to view properties outside our budget, or too left field, he always got it spot on.
