absolutely negative. I gave them an apartment complete with everything to manage and it was returned to me empty. they also took away the television and the microwave oven, as well as the table and armchairs and various furnishings. the tragic thing is that I was told that this is how it is used in London. I think it's theft.... Read more

They rent and manage my properties and have provided an exceptional service for many years. It is hard to find genuine agents who care about the type of tenant they put into a property and Homeview never disappoints. For the last 10 years I have had regular rent coming in and no voids.

Agents did not manage the property, they only introduced tenants. However Agents repaid tenants' deposit during tenancy against my instructions, as tenants are still living in the property. What happens if there are damages? Who is in charge of repaying the deposit?
