If there was a minus star, I would choose minus 10...!! Worst service ever! Ade is such a rude person. We have owned our flat in Queens park since 2007, and now looking for a new tenant and he is so unprofessional and was so rude to our current tenant. We as the owners even called him and he said he doesn't want our business. It's a beautiful ground floor flat with a garden in Queens Park, so MASSIVE loss to him. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AS FAR AS YOU CAN!!... Read more

If I had to advice anyone regarding this agency, it would be to avoid them at all cost! Had a contract with them for almost two years and I have never seen such an unprofessionalism. If you need any problem to be taken care of in the house, be ready to have your patience used till you won't have anymore. We spent two month during winter to get a whole in the window fixed, we never had our flat door fixed we were living on the ground floor and it wouldn't lock properly and could just be open with a kick in it) although we asked them to take care of it since the beginning of our contract. We had a leak in the roof that never got fixed and I could go on about how the kitchen floor was crooked with a whole in it leading strait to dirt, which led to slugs, spiders, and ants invasions and so on... Unless you chase them and give them a call everyday to remind them to do their job they will try to get away with anything. They will also try to raise your rent after a year for £400 more because "the flat is in a good area", but they won't make the slightest improvement to it. They will keep your whole deposit or delay giving it back taking advantage of situations and never taking responsibility for what they are responsible for. This people are untrustworthy and unless you want to spend your time and money I would suggest going to them.... Read more
