STAY AWAY LANDLORDS AND TENANTS. Slow, lethargic, unprofessional, dissapointing, condescending awful service. I've spoken to 5 different members of staff to try and book a viewing. We was promised to expect a call back however we was never called back. I feel sorry for the landlord who was looking for tenants as it took us 2 weeks to find out that the property we was interested in was no longer on the market, even though we was told on the same day it was still on the market. I asked the manager why I was just told 10mins prior by another colleague that the property was still available and now its not. And why its taken 2 weeks of me calling and not getting updates. And he's response was "its probably to do with your income". No one I've spoken to so far seems as though they care enough about their customers. I'll be very intrigued as to how landlords find their management. Absolutely useless.... Read more
