Found Gareth & his team very easy to deal with when we sold our house through April homes recently, His valuation was spot on & he was always very attentive to our needs, with nothing to much trouble. He has a very good pricing structure giving 3 options so as a client we were able to have exactly the service we were looking for, Witch-ever option you choose it is very competitively priced, better than many others on the high street, also we found his non pushy approach very reassuring, Have no hesitation recommending April homes to anybody looking for a good estate agent, Ron & Sharon, Norton.

I recently sold my flat with Gareth via April Homes and he has delivered a very personal, professional service and was readily available by phone or text to assist with any issues and he went beyond the call of duty to assist with issues from the sale (due to a nightmare non-responsive solicitor) often dealing with my sale as a priority as a result of this and responding often outside of office hours.
On a more positive note my property was marketed very well with lovely photos and it sold very quickly!
I would definitely recommend this estate agent

Straight away with Gareth I realised there was something different with his estate agent than the others I had previously experienced, and that was his honesty. He told me exactly how it was regarding the property I was viewing, which was comforting when making a big financial decision. Not only this, he was more than accommodating with any requests or queries I had. Great estate agent that you can honestly trust.
