A very professional service over a slow selling period. I had several issues with buyers pulling out early but we managed to get a sale through in the end. The staff were always friendly and helpful and there was always somebody to answer the phone, which is so valuable in todays answer phone world

We had a very pleasant experience working with the Tylers team when selling our cottage near Newmarket. The team of Alistair, Millie and Christine managed to quickly generate interest in the cottage, organised viewings in the tricky context of the pandemic and got the cottage under offer within a few months. The team then went into another gear in progressing the sale with frequent checks on purchasers situation, wrt surveys, mortgage offers etc. and kept everyone informed of status. All together, a surprisingly painless process for this sale due to the efforts of the Tylers team and we would have no hesitation in recommending them if you are selling in the Newmarket and surrounding areas.

I have recently sold my house through Tylers, this was the first property I have ever sold. All the team at Tylers made the process so easy and kept me updated with stats and details. When you call or pop into the office the team are always happy to help you, where they can, and they are all very professional.
I was really happy with all the marketing material and the photos, these were clear and gave a good representation of our property. I was also offered a 3D viewing video, which was amazing and much clearer and easier for the viewer to use compared to a normal video viewing.
I would 100% recommend them
