Do not use this company , they lie and steal your money , I paid £550 bond , and I paid 12 months rent upfront , it took me 3 months to get any part of my bond back , and because it took so long I just agreed , they only gave me £283 back from a £550 bond I paid , they said they charged for cleaning and gardening , even though I did the gardens before I moved out and I also absoloutly cleaned every part of the house before moving out , so they made lies up to take money from me and my kids for things they didn't do , also I did things that the landlord and estate agents were supposed to do , like I repaired a broken gate and removed three trees from the back garden , I feel like I have been scammed and money taken out of my kids hands , do not trust this company...
