Having such a bad experience with the majority of the estate agent 'big players' in Wakefield...even being discriminated against by one for being outside of Yorkshire...I popped into Martin & Co to see if they could help. I started a job in Leeds and desperately needed a place to move following 7 rejections from other agents..
Monay and Leah from Martin and co treated myself and my partner excellently and with concentrated customer service instead of a way to make a quick buck...they pushed hard to get myself and my partner our dream place and in time for my job start...their service is priceless...Leah even checked in yesterday to make sure the move went well.
All I can say is if you want an estate agent who will treat you with value...and as a human being...check these guys out ...they deserve the business more than their competitors.

Fantastic experience as a landlord, Martin & Co's service was beyond anything I was expecting. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free, sorting out everything I needed to get the house ready for tenants very quickly and managing everything with superb professionalism, keeping me informed at every step. A fabulous service received from Jaspal and Leah at the local Wakefield office from the first contact to handing our keys over last Friday.
Jaspal and Leah were responsive , engaging and kind.
Our home sold quick and at a price we were happy to accept.

Big shout out to Martin & Co lettings and estate agents. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing to use the services of an estate agent.
I dealt with Leah most of the time. I was looking at renting and she explained everything in an easy to understand way, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She answered all the questions I had and within a few short weeks of seeing a property I was able to move in.

Best agency experience ever!
I have had an overall experience with Martin & Co for about 1 year, they are quite professional, and on point.
There is a representative by the name of Leah, she is the best agent I ever encountered over the years. Caring, always answering your issues, and doing her very best to assist and resolve whatever query you might have.
And fair, most importantly, fair, they will make sure everything goes smoothly, and both landlord and property renter or buyer are satisfied with the overall experience.
I give 5 stars with pride to this agency, as it is truly a professional, caring, and top-service type of agency.
