One of the worst experiences renting a house.
First mistake: renting without seeing the house. Me and my mate paid a deposit of about £80 to keep the house. Even the agent was showing it to other people even after that deposit was paid.
The house is a complete disaster. Notice to Lanlords, if you want an agent service, do not contact this property management. Your house will be in ruins in a couple of years. Don't worry about anything in the house.
Another important thing, if you pay a deposit which is the normal thing, in fact he will try to keep it.He will try to charge you anything to keep that deposit (I have checked personally, I have also found other people on the internet in the same situation :

During the stay there are things that confuse me, he tells me and my partner that he was going to change the carpets on the floor. They don't change and on top of that he makes you pay for cleaning stains that already existed on it!
The agent is a real scammer. He didn't answer my partner's emails after leaving the property 5 months earlier because of covid. I finally told him to open a dispute on mydeposits and he got some money back. This agent is nothing but trouble. If you do some research on the internet you will see that there are more people with problems with the deposit.
I just hope you don't have the bad luck to hire the services of this agent.
