Hollywell Homes worked incredibly hard to help sell our home. We had 2 sales fall through, it was third time lucky for us. Hollywell Homes were on the case with the buyers with each sale but we are sure they were instrumental in making sure the third sale went through quickly and smoothy. I would recommend them for being good negotiators and communicators throughout the process.

We bought our property through Hollywell homes. They were excellent through the purchase. They worked seemlessly with our solicitor & gave weekly updates. When we came to letting the property, we used the Letting side of Hollywell which was equally as communicative & efficient. This company goes above & beyond the call of duty. They're human with 100% professionalism, a rare thing these days. Adam at Hollywell homes was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. He was honest, thorough and very easy to talk to. Nothing felt rushed or forced and he made us feel at ease from the moment he arrived at our house.
He was very knowledgeable of the Worcester property market and explained why he valued our home as he did before sending everything through in writing for us.

I can't thank Adam, Cathy and the whole team enough for their professional advice when selling my mum's property. All through the process they were helpful, efficient and very thorough. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept the process moving throughout and we completed quickly and without any drama, which I believe can sometimes be the case. Put in an offer for one of Holywell's properties following a viewing with Adam. Throughout this process, communication has been excellent and Adam is clearly very switched on, and has been open and frank during his conversations with us.
