Can't fault Emily's professionalism. She's always been on time, friendly, polite and knows her stuff.
Our property has now sold three times through Move Sales & Lettings due to the chain of sale dropping twice. Not their fault. But Emily and her colleagues have been right back on it pushing for more viewings and attending the majority of them, even though we are quite a long way from the Worcester office.
Highly recommend their persistence and knowledge of the market. Would definitely use them again.

I have been stuck trying to sell my house for 10 months now. I went with one estate agent, then brought in another. They were extremely ineffective and had very few people in for viewing across the whole time. A friend recommended Move to me and I decided to drop the other two agents, after ten months of very little effort, it seemed. My house went on the market with Move last week. They sold it today. They put in so much effort to get those initial viewings - called potential buyers, created a very targeted description of the house and brought in fresh and interesting photographs. Within two days of the house going back on the market with Move, I had three viewings booked in - the most that had happened in months. At every step of the way, I have been kept up-to-date, through email, phone call and text. I'm not reachable at work unless via text and Move, Zoe in particular has been tireless, have been really respectful of that, and has updated me via email and text and I've called when I can. I cannot fault their dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm and directness. It's this honesty and actually delivering on their promises that I cannot recommend enough. Huge thanks to Move for making this happen - I really wish I had gone with them from the start.

I had to move out of a flat that was super convenient to my lifestyle and due to needing affordable city centre living, I thought that it wouldn’t be possible. I had searched for flats all over and came across one of the properties let by move estate agents. Emily conducted a professional and detailed viewing and answered any question that I had. Whilst waiting for referencing, I did have a few issues come up but Emily and Oli were very helpful and understanding. They helped me arrange a fair agreement that works very well for myself and landlord and my cat can finally be treated like a pet rather than a fugitive!! I recommend move estate agents for renting as they really do their best to secure the property for you. If I was to move again, I would definitely contact these guys first as they have been so fantastic and I am confident in their ability to do their job with everyone’s interest in mind. Now I have a flat that is still convenient for my lifestyle and is affordable but way better than my previous living arrangement.

Were really great with helping me move in to my first flat. Despite my working arrangements being a little different to most (I work for a foreign company) they were very accompanying to understand my work to see if I was able to be a good Tennent.
When I accidently locked myself out of my flat Oliver allowed me to sit at the Estate Agents office and helped me arrange a locksmith to pick my lock.
Nothing but praise for the Worcester Lettings team but especially Oliver.

We have recently sold our property through Move and they were fantastic throughout. We chose to sell through Move after we viewed a property they were selling and Steve was so great in the viewing we wanted him to sell our house. We dealt with Chloe also who again was brilliant, answered all out questions and really worked hard to get our sale completed. I would definitely recommend Move and if we were to sell in the future would be using them again.

Asked to view a flat and unfortunately it was no longer available, spoke to Oli on the phone about who I was, what I was looking for and all of my criteria. Thought nothing of this, and a couple of days later he had found me the perfect flat in Worcester!
This guy has really great landlord connections and is genuinely interested in finding the right people the right homes. I am elated with my flat and appreciate having such a great agent to have helped me every step of the way and answered all my queries perfectly.
Being generation rent, i've rented for a while, different flats in different parts of the country and I couldn't say i've met a better lettings manager! Thanks so much!
