One of the best estate agents in Worcester town. Firstly Zoe and the team was extremely quick in contacting me and getting my details and requirements once I had send in the enquiry. Secondly, me being a first time home buyer, Emily helped me connect with a good mortgage advisor which made this process much easier. Will totally recommend MOVE to anyone who is struggling with finding a property. Kudos to the Zoe, Oliver and Emily. What a great team !!!

My flat has been successfully gone under offer by the move estate agents. I have always felt reassured during the process and Emily has been fantastic in keeping me updated with viewings and problem solving when trying to arrange them with my tenants. I would highly recommend move estate agent if you are looking to sell your property-ask for Emily and Zoe the two titans of Move!

Zoe has to be the most knowledgeable salesperson I have spoken to. Her response is superb. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she always goes above and beyond. Big or small she is there to help. She helped me negotiate down my onward purchase with another agent and explained everything I needed to gain my dream home. You will not regret speaking with Zoe. I have every faith she will turn any negative situation around to a positive one! Again thank you to Zoe!

I have been stuck trying to sell my house for 10 months now. I went with one estate agent, then brought in another. They were extremely ineffective and had very few people in for viewing across the whole time. A friend recommended Move to me and I decided to drop the other two agents, after ten months of very little effort, it seemed. My house went on the market with Move last week. They sold it today. They put in so much effort to get those initial viewings - called potential buyers, created a very targeted description of the house and brought in fresh and interesting photographs. Within two days of the house going back on the market with Move, I had three viewings booked in - the most that had happened in months. At every step of the way, I have been kept up-to-date, through email, phone call and text. I'm not reachable at work unless via text and Move, Zoe in particular has been tireless, have been really respectful of that, and has updated me via email and text and I've called when I can. I cannot fault their dedication, professionalism, enthusiasm and directness. It's this honesty and actually delivering on their promises that I cannot recommend enough. Huge thanks to Move for making this happen - I really wish I had gone with them from the start.

After an unsuccessful attempt with another Estate Agent to sell my property I went with Move Sales & Letting. After a visit to my home by John Brewer Managing Director after less than a month all the expectations John set out for a successful sale were met. Thanks to George Tatham-Losh, Oliver Svehlik, Zoe Davies Sales Manager and her team for their assisted viewings, negotiations and updates and cheerful persona.
I haven’t stopped smiling since my sale was announced.

I had to move out of a flat that was super convenient to my lifestyle and due to needing affordable city centre living, I thought that it wouldn’t be possible. I had searched for flats all over and came across one of the properties let by move estate agents. Emily conducted a professional and detailed viewing and answered any question that I had. Whilst waiting for referencing, I did have a few issues come up but Emily and Oli were very helpful and understanding. They helped me arrange a fair agreement that works very well for myself and landlord and my cat can finally be treated like a pet rather than a fugitive!! I recommend move estate agents for renting as they really do their best to secure the property for you. If I was to move again, I would definitely contact these guys first as they have been so fantastic and I am confident in their ability to do their job with everyone’s interest in mind. Now I have a flat that is still convenient for my lifestyle and is affordable but way better than my previous living arrangement.
