Whilst we were looking to buy our first home, we had lots of dealings with different estate agents and meeting Laila at Connells was a breath of fresh air.
Laila always made time for us, communicated effectively throughout and was always honest and genuine when dealing with us.
Laila also guided us on the process of purchasing our first home and her approach to us viewing the house was fantastic. We didn't feel under pressure and were able to view at our own pace, and Laila was always on hand to answer any questions.

Had bad experience with them,
They are not returning my deposit amount, had applied for 2 bedrooms property of stone water at Bromyard road, they took deposit on 1st feb 2024, move in date was 14th march but on 11th march they called me that they are not able to give me that property and i will get my deposit back within 10 working days. Its been more than 2 months still didn’t received my deposit back nor they are picking my calls, and olivia is not replying of my emails as well

Cannot thank the team at Worcester enough for helping me find my new home! After months of looking, phone calls and viewings I finally managed to get a home through Olivia who was so keen to help. The property wasn’t even advertised when I called and she told me to keep an eye out as it’s going up that afternoon, saw it - booked a viewing and less then 24 hours after I was accepted for it!

As a first time renter, I was really worried I would struggle to find a property for me and my partner. We saw a property on the website that we loved and enquired immediately. We were able to get a viewing booked in very quickly which is where we met our renting angel, Olivia! Olivia was so friendly and reassuring throughout the viewing. She made sure we knew exactly what we were signing for and gave us all the necessary information as we didn't know what sort of questions you were meant to ask at a viewing. I have contacted in regards to a property for rent however they took my details and said they will call back the same day however they didn’t. I tried ringing them however once my number has been registered they did not answer. After 8 calls,emails and voicemails left in two days I have rang from a landline and they answered within seconds just because it was a different number. A property which just been advertised I would of wanted to apply however because they did not answered or contacted back apparently now there are to many applicants and I will go on the cancellation list which clearly gives you 0 chances.

Our house turned out to be a tricky one to sell, a lot down to pesky historic Titles and Plans which had never previously come to light when my husband bought the property 24 years ago.
So we were with Connells (Foregate Street, Worcester), through no fault of theirs, for over a year.
Connells got viewings in as much as they could throughout. They kept us filled in on the phone and we called them a good deal with queries.
Sam got it sold finally, and credit to Ali, Zoe and James too - that’s the whole sales team practically.
All very friendly too. They all were pitching in for us by the end.
And Dan Peace, Branch Manager, what can we say?! He was particularly patient with us, very experienced and knowledgeable, and he was a real support all the way through. He got us so close to selling a few times before the final one clicked. What a genuine gent, a pleasure to know.

We arrived in worcester in october after not being able to secure a rental home when we tried from Oman. We were anxious when we arrived as I had to start work soon and kids needed to start school too. We visited connells estate agents at Foregate street. They took all our details and arranged a viewing on our very first day. Though the house was not big enough , it was clear the agency clearly undestood our priorities in terms of location and proximity to my work place and kids schools. Kris Baker was the agent who showed us around .He was pleasant and very easy to commuincate with , he answered all our queries .He immediately told us about an another property which might suit our needs. We viewed it a few days later with olivia (connells agent). We loved the size , location of the property and we were told that very same evening that the landlord was happy to rent us the place. The referencing checks and all other formalities were completed within a week and we are about to move into the home tomorrow. We are extremely thankful to Kris and Olivia who understood our needs and urgency to rent a home. I highly recommend connells and the agents mentioned.

Connells Worcester where superb throughout the whole process of buying our first Flat. We were a bit dubious about using a mortgage adviser thinking we could probably do it ourselves; I am glad we didn't. Jess the Senior Mortgage Consultant was superb, she made the whole application easy, found us a great deal with 0 stress and dare I say actually made it enjoyable, we will definitely be looking to use her again in the future when we come to remortgaging.
Dan the Branch Manager was also great, extremely responsive and went above and beyond to help us. We had a few issues but they were always on hand to help however they could, be it chasing up solicitors or talking us through the finer points of the process. We highly recommend the whole team, it was a pleasure working with them.

We kept chasing for a viewing for 4 days. Chris the letting manager did not give us right I fo and kept us waiting. When we called up to chase he said property is gone and there were people in front of you for viewing. Absolute rubbish. 5he ad had just gone up. And if there were more people why did he keep is waiting. They are extremely unprofessional in my experience. Would never recommend or use them.

After viewing a property back in July 2020 and making a fair offer we waited for call back to possibly negotiate and finalise the sale. We were told the vendor still had not decided what to do, then a few months down the line we found out property was now up for auction. Despite no contact from Connells. We made another offer via the auction site and were told to wait. Later we discovered the sale was back with Connells and, again this time were told if our original offer was made the vendor would accept. We agreed to our original and heard nothing back. From our first viewing to this point we had waited 5 months.
Yesterday I saw a SOLD sign on the board outside the property. We called and were told the property was sold for £5k LESS that what we offered.
Ultimately the whole experience has been unprofessional, amateur and frustrating. I am disappointed for us to lose the sale but I am more worried for any possible seller who would use this company. It took a total of 6 months for this sale to be made for an offer £5k less than what we offered in month 1. It raised questions as to whether my offer was even passed over to the vendor and how much care an attention they take over their stock.

Worst Experience and company to have rented with the landlord were lovely but the company itself are terrible from the start to the end, firstly they messed me around with guarantors and made me pay extra fees then they told me my parking spot was a different one to my actual spot so i was parking in somebody else's spot, in my time renting with connels communication with them is terrible, further more i have to call up to chase my own deposit after i had been told it would be refunded within 5-7 days 10 days later and i am still yet to receive it, and the person admitted they were in fault but again if i did not call them they would have not have contacted me, terrible especially on the communication side of things, and that is just the half of it.

Good customer service from Kris in Lettings. Didn’t rent through these guys in the end. But of all the agents I spoke to these were the most helpful and actually called me about properties I might be interested in! Proactive!

Should have moved into a flat, last October. But to them it was OK not to have working electricity. Nobody apparently knew if was meter or not, they wanted rent, without being able to move in. Not proffession to me. Regret letting flat.

We delt with Kelly mainly to start with, everything seemed fine, then a lack of communication started to hit in when the referencing company was involved this was far from stress free. Connells and the ref company had no communication skills between them and us!!! We were being rung up left, right and centre by both parties same questions very confusing!?!!? Then we find out we need a guarantor, not until we ring up to see how things are going on!! So we get this sorted another thing to added to the list of stressful proceeds to deal with! To the guarantor who does everything that the ref company asks and connells some times twice by both this along with every question under the sun, the only thing that wasn't asked of our guarantor was their inside leg measurement... So with all this done and 20 or more phone calls later all we had to do was pick up the keys so that we could move in. On the day of key collection my partner gets a call in the morning from Stewart Thomas the lettings manager and was told that we had not been accepted all this in an abrupt and rude manner and no suggestions on how to resolve this matter!!! To which our guarantor e-mailed to make a complaint and make sure that all details of bank accounts etc were deleted off the system, this action you would think would warrant a reply no no reply!!! Very un-efficient, un-professional and poor service will not recommend to anybody!!!!!
