It was wonderful to have Leanne Fletcher on board in recent conveyancing matter. Leanne was extremely helpful in organising a very long chain, providing the transparency between us all and keeping faith that this specific transaction completes despite everlasting delay.

We chose Arden's as they were the agent for the house that we bought. We thought it might be easier, however, what started out as seeming to be a straight forward house move ended up taking 10 months due to people in the chain losing buyers so the chain eventually involved 7 properties and 7 solicitors, some of whom were lethargic, unlike Leanne of Arden's, who worked tirelessly to help us all to the point of exchanging contracts and completing. We would certainly recommend Arden's

We bought our first house in September 2024 with Arden and the whole process couldn't have been smoother!
Millie was amazing! Our viewings were efficiently organised and nothing was too much for her (especially answering our non-stop questions!).
Leanne was also brilliant when it came to liaising with our solicitors and getting the completion finalised extremely quickly (less than 10 weeks!).
We used HL Consulting for our mortgage application - I couldn't recommend this more. Byron is a great bloke - very knowledgeable and made everything extremely easy for us.
A huge thanks to all at Arden - I'd recommend anyone buying/selling to get in touch - the most professional, kind and helpful people you could hope to deal with.

I wanted to add a review about the most amazing experience my family had from Arden Estates. We have just exchanged on our house (sell and buy) which was handled by Leanne at the Worcester branch. She took over after the sales were agreed and I have to say that her professionalism, and understanding that this was very important to us, landed us the house of our dreams.
She kept in regular contact with me via email and by phone on an almost daily basis to let me know the progress, ask questions or clarify questions I had.
We had a bit of a difficult experience from the buyers but she managed it really well and ensured that the deal didn’t break down.
A wonderful experience and one I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone.
Arden as a whole is a very good estate agents and I would 100% use again.
