The entire complex has insufficient heating throughout the flats. The inside temperature is the same as the outside temperature in the winter. The issues were reported Oct 2016 although never fixed. 1 year later they are still not fixed because they did not build enough boilers into the complex. The builders continually ask for patience but offer no solution. Residents have to use space heaters and wear many layers. Additionally, the complex is still not complete more than 1 year after the promised completion date. DO NOT LIVE HERE.... Read more
