Not coming from Weston Super Mare but owning a property that we needed to sell we didn’t know which agent to use. Getagent co.uk was great it gave us a list of all the top agents in the area and after reading various reviews and visiting the Agents websites we chose Ashley Leahy His website is professionally presented and when Ashley visited our property he did not disappoint The photographs and presentation of our property was stylish and inviting in his sales portfolio. AL uses a modern concept of selling on line and doesn’t use an old fashioned shop front approach Clients who are viewing property on line in the evening when normal Estate Agents are closed can contact Ashley via email and will receive a fairly quick response. Ashley and his team work hard to “sell” your property and he sold ours within a month!

The whole team is professional and the Sales Progressor Georgina kept us in the loop the whole of the way through despite the consequences of Covid.

Finally, there were no hidden extras Ashley offers a fixed fee and that’s what you pay! Thank you Ashley, Christian and Georgina a 5 star service !!
