I recently used Ashley Leahy to sell a property for me and was very impressed with them.
Having bought and sold numerous properties I can honestly say they are one of the best agents I have used.
From start to finish they provided a professional service.In particular Amiee who dealt with the progression of the sale was excellent,she reported progress every week and was always at the end of the phone if there was a problem which she dealt with quickly and professionally. Her colleague Georgina dealt with the last few days up to exchange and again was always there to deal with any issues.
So thank you for your help and I will definitely use again.

Ashley leahy firstly marketed my house beautifully,. They used a professional photographer that show cased my home to perfection, not that it was needed as they managed to sell My home before it even officially went onto the market.
From that point I had regular contact with Georgina who works on sale progressions. She kept me informed every step of the way until completion. She was always easy to contact and was able to keep me reassured throughout the whole process

Ashley Leahy is the best Estate Agent in Weston-Super-Mare if not the world.
When you pick an agent you often only meet the person who come out to value your house, at that point you're focused on getting on the market for the best price and fee. What you don't see is the rest of the team, the people doing the viewings and chasing everyone in your chain through to exchange and completion. This is why Ashley Leahy is the best - the whole team are exceptional, from start to finish Ash and his team went over and above to help us get the best price and get the sale across the line.
I cannot recommend them enough, we had a difficult time with our chain due to COVID-19 but when our buyers fell through we had multiple viewings and multiple offers and resold in days.
Thank you all so much for your incredibly hard work this year, you are all hero's and saints for putting up with us!

Not coming from Weston Super Mare but owning a property that we needed to sell we didn’t know which agent to use. Getagent co.uk was great it gave us a list of all the top agents in the area and after reading various reviews and visiting the Agents websites we chose Ashley Leahy His website is professionally presented and when Ashley visited our property he did not disappoint The photographs and presentation of our property was stylish and inviting in his sales portfolio. AL uses a modern concept of selling on line and doesn’t use an old fashioned shop front approach Clients who are viewing property on line in the evening when normal Estate Agents are closed can contact Ashley via email and will receive a fairly quick response. Ashley and his team work hard to “sell” your property and he sold ours within a month!
The whole team is professional and the Sales Progressor Georgina kept us in the loop the whole of the way through despite the consequences of Covid.
Finally, there were no hidden extras Ashley offers a fixed fee and that’s what you pay! Thank you Ashley, Christian and Georgina a 5 star service !!
