Despite facing numerous obstacles and frustrations, she remained persistent and dedicated, and her constant diligence and extensive knowledge were key in getting a tricky sale through. Additionally, Matt and Steve went above and beyond by actively pushing the sale and arranging numerous viewings, which ultimately led to us receiving multiple offers. Their proactive approach and commitment made a significant difference. I would highly recommend Ocean estate agents to anyone looking for a dedicated and professional team. Just recently sold the house and port my mortgage to new property. Move was a bit more complex as we were moving to Scotland. It was second real estate that we deal and Ocean team did so well. I was always able to talk to someone and have always given feedbacks. We used Ocean Weston Super Mare. They were professional and Insightful throughout. They were available at key times. Steve was great at the initial offer stage and certainly helped us make decisions and provided relevant and well thought out advice. Following an agreed Sale we were passed over to Demi. Demi was part of the sales team and worked as a point of contact for all parties involved and supported any potential issues that came up. From the first initial phone call to arrange a viewing for the property ,which we are now going to be renting , Charlie has been so helpful threw every step , from the first viewing to referencing , deposits and final keys and contracts .Each step was made easier by Charlie being able to explain certain questions , going back and forth to the landlord for us ,he was in contact with us threw out the whole process either threw email or phone calls .
