This was a lovely team, however I was let down by their lack of communication. I had three viewings in 4 months, after each viewing despite them phoning to say they hadnt had feedback from the viewers I then had to chase for updates. I heard nothing at all from them from 8 April to the 12 May where I had to call again for updates. Nice team but in my opinion, not proactive enough. I will soon be going back on the market with someone else.... Read more

Palmer Snell Worle were great in selling our house, sadly the original sale fell through but they secured a new buyer within 48 hours, we're a week down the line from the buyer confirming her Solicitors information and still no memo of sale to proceed. The central admin is outsourced to India and there doesn't seem to be any urgency in getting it issued. Disappointing service.... Read more
