Josh Sacofsky has been managing my property for 2 years now and has been super helpful for both the tenants' and landlords' sides. He's been nothing but knowledgable, supportive, kind and helpful throughout the renting process as well as when the property has had to have various teams of people come round to fix things. My experience has been pretty positive with Ashtons. Zoe, specifically, is very helpful and responsive to any enquiries I have. As a whole, the process was transparent and communication was great throughout. There were slight issues with the landlord which Zoe handled very professionally and my flatmates are quite happy with the flat and service.

I have had an excellent experience renting a flat with Ashtons. They (and, in particular, Zoe) were extremely quick to respond as well as informative and efficient in problem solving in order to make both parts happy. In a very professional way, they tried to accomodate my needs in all directions while remaining extremely loyal to the landlord and honest in terms of what was feasible. This is the first time I rent a flat on my own and it made all the difference to me to deal with friendly, honest, and respectfull real estate agents. Not only it made me feel safe and secure about the rental decision, as well as very aware about what is to be expected in the near future. I am extremely happy with my choice and could not recommend this estate agency highly enough!

I rented a flat out in Kentish Town through Ashton's. During the pandemic, I was unable to come to London at all as I was caring for my terminally ill husband. We had a difficult time with tenants leaving because of the pandemic.
Josh Sacofsky from Ashton's was incredibly helpful and supportive, despite having pandemic related problems himself.
I can't recommend this estate agency highly enough. They are honest, full of integrity, and I felt I could completely trust them.

My experience as a tenant has started positively, as I found a place that suited me. However, when the contract was due to finish, a few unpleasant things happened (e.g., not getting back to me for a about a month, then claiming that they haven't received my email). The major issue was this: my contract stated that after the fixed term finishes "the tenancy continues as a monthly contractual periodic" which effectively means rolling basis and either tenant or landlord can terminate it with a month notice. When I asked if this was the case, the agent was seemingly reluctant to answer, said he was not sure, and "I think it is 2 months". Further "professional" tactics were used, e.g., if I have too many "requests" the landlord might decide to terminate the tenancy. In my opinion, every attempt was made to put me under the impression that the rolling basis was not there and that I did not have the rights I had.

Very professional. I got frustrated trying to find a suitable rental in St Albans due to the shortage of decent 2 bed rentals this summer and the bidding wars that were taking place. Theses agent did not play me off against other prospective viewers or force me increase on the asking price to secure a property. All expression of interest put to the landlord and landlord's choice based on what was on paper without been put off by my name and the fact i was a single mother which was my experience from a couple of St Albans landlords and agents. Overall experience with these agents has been very good and will use again. Ms K O

Great service from Ashtons. Found my new place through them. Very good and efficient communication between 1st viewing and contract signing. They really helped me find a pet friendly place which can be very tricky in London!

I recently let my flat through Ashton's. Overall, I found them to be very thorough and professional, whilst at the same time being flexible and pragmatic. The property was let out within a few days of it going on the market and the entire transition process was smooth. Ashton's handled everything including the cleaning, EPC, Gas certificate and minor works that had to be done. In particular Josh is very approachable and offers a personalized service. I would highly recommend - great quality and at the same time, value for money.

I've had a very positive experience with Ashtons.
Zoe walked me through the process from start to end, which in the end, got me a very cosy flat, which is also extremely close to the tube and certainly the best value for money.
The reference process was super transparent, quick and any questions were answered promptly.
I would definitely contact them again in the future, should I ever want to upscale!

They want to be out of the crown of the reputation of London` Estate Agents, but in fact they are at the same level.
Pushing for money, pushing for moving date because the landlord can’t pay the mortgage (which should be of my matter).
On top of it, they cancel our contract only 2 weeks before moving in which put me and my family in a terrible situation. All this without any explanation.
Really disappointed by the poor level of customer services, don’t be trap by them … THEY ARE ONLY ESTATE AGENT at the end ! Really quick to take deposit, and they will try everything for you to give up and let them go with your money.

We looked at many properties in the local area and after dealing with several big name estate agents Ashtons were a breath of fresh air.
