The care every member of staff provided for not only my nan, but the family until the very end and we are so thankful that her final years were in a safe and friendly environment. With the added pressure that care homes are under, I do believe that this care home in particular truly deserve credit and praise for the outstanding care they provided our dear Sylvia. We would also like to give a special thanks to Chantelle and Leanne who not only cared for her, but you could genuinely tell from speaking to them that they really cared about her so thank you so much! My grand dad has been here for some time, I have seen many positive changes in his health. We as a family are impressed by the way the residents have a voice and their voice is listened to. My grand dad says all the staff there work so hard and always try to get it right. The few niggly issues we had were always dealt with swiftly by the manager who was more than happy to chat to us.... Aspects I which they could get right would be giving my grandmother the right clothes from the laundry and making more of an effort with colour coordinating the clothes they put on her and also making more of an effort with her hair she isn't able to do it herself.... Read more
