We bought and sold through Oliver Chandler. I would highly recommend. Jamie and Faye were particularly helpful during a difficult & lengthy exchange (Due to issues with our vendor). The sale advert was also very professional and included a house video tour for no extra cost. Very reasonable rates, wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Suffice to say, I've developed strong opinions about the various estate agents in Salisbury over a long period of house hunting. Fortunately we found Faye and Jamie at Oliver Chandler - they (and in fact, the whole team) are uniformly excellent and we've used them twice now.
I don't know how Faye never got tired of my repeated phoning to ask for advice ("I'll phone Faye" became a common saying for me and my husband when we were in the most stressful weeks of our sale last year - her instincts are good). Moreover, their advice on what price to advertise was spot on, and when the first buyer fell through they found us a replacement offer within a couple of hours.

We put our house on the market in July but nothing was really happening until we switched to Oliver Chandler. They got it sold pretty quickly as they are so proactive and on the ball.
Our first buyer pulled out shortly before we were due to exchange but Faye did an amazing job, pulled out all the stops and got us another offer the same day! The process went smoothly and I just can’t recommend them highly enough! They’re a fantastic team and will make you think differently about estate agents!

Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. Jamie Maslen is simply the best estate agent I have met and I highly recommend Oliver Chandler for all aspects of real estate. Jamie recently sold my house and adjoining land, a very complicated sale for various reasons. Despite the multiple difficulties Jamie was highly communicative with all parties involved, a wise voice of reason operating way above and beyond the expectations of an estate agent.

I selected Oliver Chandler via a Get Agent search, where they were shown to have been particularly successful. In our first discussion Jamie came prepared with comparative details for similar properties and after viewing the property provided a candid view on its sale price and the limitations on its value. They are a highly professional company, with an excellent knowledge of the Salisbury and environs market. Were very honest about the market value of my property and were proven to be correct. Viewings went like clockwork, with all of the viewings handled by Oliver Chandler staff, who then provided a 'hot summary' followed up by a considered view the next working day. There were weekly progress reports in addition to post viewing updates. We felt in control and that Oliver Chandler presented our property in the best possible manner. The 'walk through' video of the property was worthy of a cinematography award. I strongly recommend them.

This is how agency should be, its when the sale is agreed that a good agent goes to work as quality listing on rightmove etc is the easy bit; traversing the surveys, mortgages, legals and variety of totally unforseeable issues is what separates the likes of Oliver Chandler from other property shops and internet giants.
Worth every penny, if you're selling in the Salisbury area there is literally no better choice of representation.

This is the first time that I have found myself in the position of selling a house and wasn’t entirely sure how everything worked. Faye was recommended by a neighbour and I could tell from our first meeting that she was a person that I would like to work with. Cheerful straightforward and contrary to what I had been told about some estate agents “entirely human “
She has been amazing right throughout the sale .Efficient friendly keeping me up to date at all times and on a few occasions going above and beyond her duties helping me with solicitors requests and work that needed doing.
I cannot recommend Faye and her team at Oliver Chandlers highly enough. It was genuinely a pleasure dealing with them.
Needless to say despite one last minute hiccup the sale went through seamlessly only taking just over 3 months from start to finish.
I would give six stars if I could.

When it came to selling our home, we got valuations from several local agents and selected Oliver Chandler, not on their valuation, but on Jamie's enthusiasm for our property. I could see that this enthusiasm would be communicated to prospective buyers, both verbally and in the marketing materials produced. The photos and video produced were very professional and conveyed the desired message of how nice it would be to live in our house. As a result, we happily had several offers in excess of the asking price, we lost our first buyers but Oliver Chandler weren't phased, they quickly re-marketed the house, and we sold again within a week ! Great service and communication from start to finish, highly recommended for a more personal service.

Can't recommend Oliver Chandler highly enough. We had several agents come to value our property before choosing who to sell with and Oliver Chandler were by far the most enagaging and friendly. Jamie gave us some really good advice on things to do in order to make the house more appealing which worked out really well. The video walkthough they produce for all the properties they list is (in my opinion) so much better than any of the others I have seen locally as well. Once the hosue was listed communicaton was great, with someone always available to speak to if needed. If I ever need to sell a house again, Oliver Chandler will be the first people I call.

Having moved many times in my life, I know all too well the stress and anxiety one faces during a sale/purchase of thier first /next home.
This particular sale was no different. In fact it went on for about 18 months on account of the buyers being in a precarious position with their house and relationship with the ex involved.
This said we eventually got to where we wanted a few weeks ago.
Whilst im happy that the sale went through I am very conscious of the efforts put in by all concerned despite the solicitors losing papers, not sending off the right papers etc etc... The list is endless.
In all of this palaver Oliver Chandler (Jamie and Faye) were the ONLY company that not just did what they promised to do, but took up the slack by chasing all those who didn't.
I cannot stress enough on how much they have helped with this sale and in moving it along.
I will not hesitate for a nanosecond to recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy, sell or rent as they will not just do what they say, but will wow you with the manner in which they conduct their business.
I ask a hell of a lot of questions (yes that's just me..... I like to know stuff and that too in advance) and I'm pleased to say that my every question was answered with full content and context with patience, understanding and most importantly with an empathetic approach.
