Karl Pollitt has been nothing but extraordinary, my husband and I very quickly found a house that was perfect for our needs. we managed to get an appointment to see Karl the same day as the viewing and Karl managed to find the right mortgage.
As a first time buyer Karl has been with us every step of the way to give the best advice possible, even when what felt like was a stupid question Karl still had the time to explain it fully so I understood.

I write regarding the service provided by Beth and Luke. I came into Exeter office seeking to rent a flat in the area.I met with both the individuals mentioned and I found them both to be welcoming, professionally friendly and very informative.

Through all my dealings they both always presented in this way when i telephoned one of them was always available and always as helpful and informative as possible. I also point out that I was regularly contacted by Luke in keeping me informed with all necessary developments.

It was also noticeable that whilst always being as efficient as possible, if Luke was ever uncertain regarding a question or piece of information then her would immediately refer to Beth who was always competent in addressing any issue. It was noticeable that Luke worked efficiently under Beth's professional guidance. All of their work successfully enabled me to complete the rental of a property.

The work of Beth and Luke was positive and professionally very competent but it always carried with it a professional friendly approach.

I finish by saying I would recommend Connells in Exeter through the work of Luke and Beth in the Lettings Team.
