I have always found the staff efficient and extremely helpful. At what can be a stressful time their support and unfailing good humour was very much appreciated. Matthew Carter, in particular, acted swiftly and effectively when required and was absolute plesure to deal with.

The service I've received from all of the team at Connells in Salisbury so far has been fantastic and I can't fault it at all! From my initial enquiry about a viewing through to supporting with finding other properties, and sourcing a really competitive and affordable mortgage quote. I've been given really honest and personal feedback and advice on the properties and mortgages I've looked at and feel they have taken the time to understand what I'm looking for. I feel I can trust what I'm being told, and that it's in my best interest. I've mainly dealt with Matt, Tegan and Karl so far however I'm confident that's reflected across the whole team. It's reassuring to have this confidence and trust in them, I'll continue to use them and I'd absolutely recommend them to others.

I have had countless calls from Tegan as well as 3 other people. This was in regards to a Zoopla evaluation not made by myself where someone has clearly accidentally used my number instead of their own (I live 3 hours away)
After 3 times of politely asking to have my number removed the calls wouldn’t stop. I ended up blocking the main number but the calls keep coming under different numbers also leaving voicemails each time.
Surely after asking to have your number removed multiple times it eventually becomes a GDPR violation here?

Oh dear. We found a property to rent and what started off as a promising start, with Aimee in her first week as a lettings agent, she was very pleasant and competent. We placed the required 5 weeks holding deposit on the property and proceeded with the referencing formalities etc., During this time the Landlady changed her mind (not for the first time) and no longer wanted to rent the property but now wanted to sell it. As we had only signed the 'intention' to rent and paid the holding deposit to Connells, that was that, the tenancy could not go ahead. So we asked Connells for our 5 weeks deposit back and despite being told it would be returned, kept getting fobbed off with excuses such as 'the accounts team are very busy' to, 'we use an external company to take/hold the deposits' (which was not disclosed at the time placing the payment directly with them.. Upshot after continual failures to return the deposit we gave them a 5 day notice of intended litigation. No deposit received, so proceeded with a claim through the Small Claims Court. Strangely, the deposit was then returned, but not yet the costs incurred is getting it back; so we will proceed with the litigation and see what a Judge makes of their behavior. I understand the 'change in mind was not the agents fault, but the manner in which they behaved thereafter was dreadful. Avoid handing any money over to them.

We originally put our flat up for sale but due to the market nothing really happened. We were told that letting might be a better option in the meantime and we were introduced to Sam and his team. Within 2 weeks we had tenants in and were given a great service charge deal. The team have been extremely professional throughout and have kept us constantly informed. We'll definitely be using Connells Salisbury again!
