Fantastic, professional and friendly service throughout a long saga of selling a property and supporting during a leak, insurance claim, redecoration and finally a successful sale. Staff have gone above and beyond, I have been able to do everything remotely which helped avoid unnecessary 3 hour round trips in what was a really challenging time. I would not hesitate to recommend Austerberry, thanks again to Clive and the whole team they are second to none!

Lettings team never pick up the phone. Have to speak to Sales to be transferred over to them.
Lettings have no clue whats going on.
Wastes your time by asking to fill in an application for properties that are already let but never tell you.
