Andrew’s knowledge of the property market, including his vast expertise of properties themselves, made my decision to choose Keates to deal with the sale of my 1800’s property very easy. The process from inception through to completion was seamless and stress-free, with Andrew being on hand to answer any questions or to simply keep the communication lines open between the parties as we approached completion of the transaction. The advertisement of my property was beautifully presented, and the pictures represented the unique character of my first little home perfectly. Andrew had great appreciation for the time, effort and love that I had put into the property and this was reflected in his service and presentation of the advertisement. Should I sell another property in the future, Keates (and specifically, Andrew) will always be my first choice.
