Quite simply the worst agents you could ever waste your time using. I had put offers in on properties and chased for over 5 weeks with no answer, and that's when I could catch them as they rarely answered the phone, and never honoured a commitment to call me back. I had other viewings scheduled in tenanted properties where the agents didn't turn up, and the tenants had no idea of the appointment or even who the agency was, completly wasting my time. The rental figures were incorrect and the condition of the property was nothing short of horrendous. Do not use them if you value your time or energy.... Read more

Not even worth 1 star. Disgusting staff that lie and fob you off. I booked a viewing and had to wait 4 weeks. My partner booked the day off work so we could be the first to view as we really wanted this property. We arrived on the day nobody turned up, we rang the office to be told the locks hadnt been changed and we couldn't see the property and was told she would ring me back to sort something out as we were outside the property and wanted to see it today. Nobody rang back so we rang again to be told they moved someone on 2 weeks prior... how when we had to wait for a viewing and we were told we would be the first? We went to the office to find out what the truth was. The staff were rude and didnt give a toss that we lost money, wasted time and were lied to and that nobody had bothered to let us no that the property was let prior to my viewing. Would not advise anybody to deal with these unprofessional horrible people that havnt got a clue what theyre doing!... Read more

From my personal experience, I would never recommend this agency to anyone. We wasted time and money trying to rent our property with Easy Move. We had no updates from the agent, had no reply to emails or phone calls and the worse of all we were told so many lies that after a month of stress we decided to advertise our property with another agent. Easy move didn't even use their own pictures to advertise our property but used a few years old pictures from zoopla that were outdated. They didn't even bother to change the description and copied the one written by another agent a few years ago. Very poor service and I'm very disappointed.... Read more

Wish I could give lower stars I am outraged! I booked a viewing at a house only to turn up and wait for an agent to show me around. No agent showed up so I rang the company who told me the agent is at another viewing and doesn't even have the keys to this place! Why they couldn't save me a trip and text me that I don't know! If I could give zero stars I would. I was looking to move into a house and I explained to them that it is urgent, when I went to pay the holding deposit and fill in the form I was told we will have it ready for Saturday, when Saturday came I called the office to go pick up the keys and sign the agreement, I was told "we don't do handovers on a Saturday call back Monday" when I called Monday I asked if it would be ready to get the keys and sign the agreement on Tuesday they told me it would but it wasn't so in the end I gave up and said I either want the keys to the house or my money back so I got my money back. The service was terrible because they would say I'll call you back but they never did. Also I went to the office to see if they had the keys back from the gas engineer (they hadn't) so I said that I would wait but the girl sent me to look at another house and didn't tell me that they wanted 2 months rent in advance and she didn't tell the landlord that I needed to move in that night, just to get me out of the office.... I am disgusted in the service I been given , they don't answer the phone you find your calling on 141 or searching for every telephone box . Secondary I sold my house myself, however they keep sending people to the house without telling me which I am not happy about I was told they would tell me before hand it's only fair people do have life's , it made me look a fool at the door . 347 ubberley road is sold so please don't come here! . If you are looking for a serious, professional, trustable, decent agency.. Run away from this one. This is the worst one ever in the world! They ask for the most expensive fee and they give you the house completely dirty. I had big trouble with the owner of the house because he didn't want to rent the house but they rented it to us without caring about owner's decision. They didn't add our deposit to the public deposit scheme, it means we never took our deposit back. We didn't take legal action only because we left the country and for me my time is more important than money. I only hope Pash will buy a lot of medicine with my money! Oh yes, Pash.. How forgetting the worst agent ever! Don't trust this person never!!! He will say many good things and will try promise you a lot... At the same time he is already stealing your money!... Read more

Took my money for application fees and haven’t heard from them since. Been over a month now. We thought we had a place to live so I went to visit my family back in turkey until I start my new job. Turns out I am now homeless and my work starts very soon. Will be taking them to court when I get back. Still don’t understand how the system is designed so we are forced to hand our livelihood and homes to such uneducated people... UPDATE: we got our money back easy move stole from us by complaining through the PRS! When the PRS wanted evidence from easy move to prove they even tried to process my application they made up a letter, dated it a month back, and sent it via 2nd class mail because thats how disgusting they are. The PRS were really brilliant. They immediately decided that what they did was wrong and made easy move refund us the money. Think its more of hassle for easy move to deal with the PRS so they just gave our money back after all the struggle.... Read more

Great people great service I have sold my house through Easymove it was sold within 48 hours all the process was handled by Easy Move Pash was absolutely amazing explained the process and delivered on a high standard . The staff was very helpful too if you want your house selling or managing I definitely will say go to Easy Move speak to Ang or Pash . Had my properties managed by them also they treat all and every property as if it’s there own they collect and chase tenants and pay rent on time . This company is truly disgusting! Avoid at all cost! My wife viewed a rental property over 2 weeks ago which we liked and so applied for - paying a £200 deposit. For 2 weeks we heard nothing from the company. My wife consistently phoned the company but was fobbed off every time - either 'the landlord was out of the country', or the 'boss wasn't in the office' and so nothing was done with our application. I phoned them on Monday to ask what was going on and they told me that the property my wife viewed and we payed £200 to apply to let 'wasnt available to let as the landlord wanted to sell the property and had been showing people round with this intension' though the lady I spoke to on the phone 'wasnt sure' and so I said I'll call back on Wednesday and expect an answer. I called on Wednesday and spoke to the boss of the company who told me his employee shouldn't have told me that but if I give him till Friday he'll figure out what's going on and if he can't I'll get my money back. I called today and surprising the boss wasn't in the office but I was told that he'd be in at quarter to 5 (15 mins before they close) but was guaranteed that he would call me - I clarified this twice on the phone because it sounded like they were trying to pull a fast one. It's now half five, their lines are down and of course no-one called me. It seems like this company are con artists and have stollen £200 pounds from me and my wife. Do not give this company your time or money! ... Follow up - I called them this morning and asked to speak to the boss, I was told he was in a meeting but was promised he would call back in '5 to 10' minutes. After an hour of nothing I called them and they told me the boss was no longer in the office. To labour the point! THESE PEOPLE ARE FRUADS AND THIEVES! avoid at all cost. Follow up: 3 weeks later - there's is now a *Butters John Bee 'For Sale' sign outside the property. It seems that this agency were never a position to let the property and just go around stealing people's money. My wife phoned to ask about this and try to get our money back today and just got shouted at down the phone.... Read more

Very unprofessional. Make up excuses as they go along. Rented me a property which I was moved to another and apparently that one wasn't ready. Landlord will not repair the boiler because the flat was not meant to be rented. Again why advertise and take my money. Excuses why flat is not ready because no smoke alarm or fire alarm. Which I'm pressing the stupid thing now. Nobody seems to know what they are doing worst bunch of xxxxx I've ever had to deal with.... Read more

As an individual I thought I was dealing with the nicest guy and was happy when I first met him. After 8 months my property had nearly £2000 of damage and the only thing he could say was 'I'm really sorry' with no recourse for the damage done. Honestly, I left my previous agent of 5 years to deal with this amateur who doesn't even manage his records properly, making up inspection reports as he goes along. Should have gone with my gut instinct, wasn't worth saving 1% or 2%. I would NEVER recommend Easymove and from my own experience would advise anyone else to steer clear of this agent.... Read more
