Terrible service, impossible to get hold of. Avoid at all costs

First impressions, seemed a very professional and competent company. Unfortunately the reality did not live up to the expectations. After giving them a 6 weeks to find me a tenant they provided two offers, both of which severely failed credit checks! Which leads me to question what kind of people they were showing around the property. Eventually after little progress, I opened up the property to multi estate agents, of which within 2 weeks a tenant was found. My other half had better success with A&W only to find their management of the finances and informing us of additional payments has been catastrophic! Not only have they been unable to confirm the exact figures of the initial fees but leading into the second month more unexpected and large payments have been deducted! Both of us employed in the military we chose A&W with the belief they’d save us the hassles of letting the property ourselves but it would seem this was a terrible misjudgement. Would recommend many to avoid this headache of an estate agents.
