Never again!!!! All was fine in the beginning easy getting a property... But when was time to check out WOW we had to pay someone else's damages. Why? Coz the person who was checking the property when we were checking in didn't take proper photos and didn't include in the report some damages and when we had to check out a different person did the checkout and surprise in the report were the damages which were already in the flat. Hold on not just that £150 for cleaning an extractor and a bit of dust, after the flat was professionally cleaned. Just an advice make sure you guys double check when you get a property!...
