I wish I could leave zero stars! Totally unprofessional. Old fashioned and deceitful. There are plenty of slick, modern and professional agents in the bay. Avoid this vile company.

One of the worst lettings agents I have ever had the displeasure of renting from, unwilling to carry out essential repairs to the point of damp and mould damage so bad it affected the disabled occupants and their health.

A mature sales team with no pushy sales tactics they are straight up and extremely helpful. Unfortunately the sale of the property never went through due to unfortunate circumstances but I had the pleasure dealing with Justina and Paul.

From the very start when Justina came out to give me a valuation for my property I knew that Barbets was an agency with a difference......they cared! This was very evident all the way through when I purchased my new property with Barbets. The whole process took a very long 7 months, but Justina kept me in the loop all the way through and I knew she would help as much as she could. I just really thanked god that she was there as I say it was a long process (not down to Barbets in any way) and she kept me sane! in fact all the staff are very helpful, so a big pat on the back for all concerned at Barbets. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.
