Always on the end of the phone to reassure and give his invaluable advice. Ben kept us is the loop throughout and went above and beyond. His calm, kind manner is what you need when moving house he made the process so easy. It was a pleasure,, Thanks to Ben we were able to purchase our dream home.

14th Jun 2020 (4 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.
6th May 2024 (19 weeks ago)John Couch and team where exceptional through-out our recent house sale. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept well informed and well advised through out the process. The team’s professionalism, experience and friendly and prompt communication all helped to make a typically stressful experience so much less so. We felt in very good hands though-out and we can’t thank the team enough.

From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. 3rd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Well they must have lots of business as I called them and spoke to a lady who took my details (which were already on their system) as I was looking to sell or rent my property out, but have never received a call back or email so after a week of waiting I went to fulfords, who have already been out, no emails or missed calls on my landline of mobile from them , bit silly really but if they can’t manage a call back…..
