17th Mar 2025 (11 days ago)I have rented through two previous estate agents and it was definitely third time lucky with Burns and Reid, never had any issues, the one time I needed a minor repair in the property it was delt with the same day. I can't recommend them highly enough, they could definitely teach other estate agents how to do the job in a professional and caring manner.

The house needed some work and the fact that both executors lived in London made things more difficult. Ben gave a fair idea of price and secured multiple viewings over several months in a difficult market. He was always honest in his feedback, keen to update us and absolutely determined to help us sell. We completed in October 2024. I cannot recommend him too highly.

14th Jun 2020 (4 years ago)Only open until around 1pm on a Saturday which I would say is a big downfall. After each viewing we would receive very similar feedback each time and didn’t manage to sell the property even after all the months we were with them. Sold with another company after only a few days.
6th May 2024 (10 mo. ago)John Couch and team where exceptional through-out our recent house sale. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept well informed and well advised through out the process. The team’s professionalism, experience and friendly and prompt communication all helped to make a typically stressful experience so much less so. We felt in very good hands though-out and we can’t thank the team enough.

There were several viewings booked within a day or two,and 2 offers. Sale price agreed within 5 days of the listing going live. Well done Connells, great service.

Few days later, had a letter from the other agent confirming it! Called WH, who confirmed it! Shouldn’t clients be informed first? Was putting sale on hold anyway until after Christmas as the market is flat. Another agent has had no sales since May!

Specifically Vicky who we have been dealing with directly. She is extremely good at her job and anyone looking at using your move i would recommend her 100%

I personally dealt with Debbie and Sophie at the Paignton branch; both were professional, approachable and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Sophie, what an amazing estate agent. From the start of my process at viewing until completing, you have been beyond outstanding and amazing. Sophie supported me throughout every single step, even with my wobbles at some points in sale. Every concern and enquiry was dealt with with empathy and promptly which I am so grateful for. I couldn't have wished for better communication, always with a pleasant and friendly tone. Sophie went the extra mile for me during my purchase and I'm forever grateful to have been supported by such an amazing agent. It made the whole process so much smoother and less stressful. If I ever needed to sell my property I would without a doubt choose Bradleys. 6th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)If you are thinking of a house move, do not look any further than Gerald and Kim at Pincombes to assist you along the way. From start to finish, from the marketing, house viewings, and finally to completion they made sure I was kept up date and were always available at the end of the phone to answer any of my queries. However, at Pincombes you get a lot more than that….. You Get integrity and You Get Humour….! House moving can have its ups and downs and without fail the way in which Gerald and Kim handled situations is what made the difference. I cannot thank them enough for making the process as smooth as it could possibly be. Thank you both so much, Jo
