Rang and left a message last Thursday enquiring about an apartment they are showing as being for sale. Having not heard back by the end of the working day, I followed up in the evening by completing a Rightmove enquiry form setting out our details and situation being a “ready to move” cash buyer with nothing to sell. Today is Tuesday and have heard nothing back from them. Missing a basic staple of customer care if they can’t get round to answering enquiries. Very poor.
