My family and I have just bought a house through Musker McIntyre and everyone we've dealt with at the Harleston branch have been great; Jessica and Adrienne were particularly helpful throughout the process. We're relocating from Essex to the area and it was really handy that I could give them a ring and they'd contact the sellers on our behalf with any questions we had, as obviously it wasn't very easy for us to just 'pop in' to the branch! I'd definitely recommend Musker McIntyre if you're looking to sell (or buy!) and want to deal with friendly, efficient people who do their best to help you in a timely manner. Thanks!... Read more

Am I a little naive to have expected the basic of information?Being out of housing market for so many years, I last purchased before mobile phones. Do estate agents treat us with no respect? I phoned and arranged with other companies within 50 minutes but they all gave me feedback and assurance that I would have a reply.
A fundamental of estate agency is to liaise with vendor and purchaser to enable a seamless transaction.
Okay I agree they may have had trouble contacting both vendors but why was I left to dangle?... Read more

Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
