I was a tennant with Belvoir for only a year but I have to say it was one of the best estate agents I have ever been with!! As I was in desperate need of a property due to one falling through and i was relocating for my job they were very helpful and made sure everything was sorted for me ready to move in within a week!! Unprofessional, rude, unreliable service! Don't waste time with them. Booked a viewing on Wednesday to see the house on Saturday at 2pm. A man phoned me an hour ahead that we have to rearrange it for Monday afternoon instead and he'll call me later to discuss the details. Nobody called. Me and my boyfriend called the office 27 times between us on Monday, I left 4 voice mails, the manager finally picks up the phone at 1pm and he says he doesn't know anything about me or what's been arranged but he doesn't have access to the property and he can only show it to me when the tenants moved out. I asked why has it been advertised if he doesn't have access to it then he says he doesn't like my tone and I shouldn't tell him how to do his job. So he screws us over twice within a week and wasting our time and he's upset with me? Then he's being all patronizing like "you know what, I'm not letting you see the property at all. bye." What kind of customer service is this? How are you even making money if you turn customers away? You're unapproachable, rude, have no intention to make a deal, I'm here willing to throw 2 grand at you but you don't like my attitude? Well, I don't like your attitude either.... Read more

Rented a house from this branch, all went well till checkout when we were charged for very petty damage , that we never caused ( damage to a curtain tie that we never even touched, etc ) cleaning , because dust was found on top of a door frame, despite us leaving the house spotless. Despite our assurances that we never caused the damages claimed and us being model tenants during our stay the agents insisted on deducting these costs. It was not the amount of money involved , we felt that we were accused of lying. For this reason , we would never use them again and would advise anybody that does so, to take hundreds of photos of the property and contents when moving in... Read more
