Fantastic service. Belvoir have managed my property for several years and have done a great job of providing help and support. They found clients really quickly and provided good quality condition reports on a regular basis. As a fully managed service they were able to organise all aspects of maintenance which gave me a relatively stress free time as a landlord. Due to a change in circumstances I have recently sold the property and Belvoir Mansfield handled my sale. They were the only estate agents that I would consider and trust. Received a call a week later and finally appointment was booked. Person from agency was half an hour late for viewing. Absolutely brilliant!! Belvoirs letting managed my buy to let for 5 years and I was always very happy with their service. As such I decided to use them when I was selling the property. They exceeded all expectations. Mary, the sales progressor was fantastic. She would chase up solicitors and ensure the process moved forward when parties were slow. She had a firm but professional approach which meant I was able to get on knowing everything was in hand. Her communication was amazing, leaving me regular progress reports and I felt like she was truly my advocate. I believe that without Mary Hole, the sale would have fallen through. Hopeless. Belvoir were appointed to deal with the sale of my partners property. We have found the updates provided along the sale process to be contradictory leading to confusion. In addition, it is very hard to get hold of people. No one answers the phone, messages left go unanswered. Eventually you get a snotty email being acused of not completing paperwork for the sale when you have done this and have even had an acknowledgement back when you did it. Belvior charge 1.2% for sales. They are very expensive and the service does not back up the cost you are paying. We have submitted a formal complaint which Belvoir have to date ignored. No surprise there but as it stands we will not be paying their invoice when the property sells. Avoid. You will regret appointing these. Update: I took my complaint to the property ombudsman who upheld my complaint against Belvior and also awarded me compensation. Avoid at all costs. **Belvoir seem to flag my complaint to get it removed from google - would you expect this from a reputable estate agent?**... Read more

I recently rented a property through Belvoir Mansfield and I can honestly say that it was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a letting agent. I was finding it difficult to find a property as I have cats but from the minute I started talking to Tayla I knew that she understood my position and she went out of her way to help me find somewhere to live. Both Tayla and Phillipa are absolute legends and went over and above to help me. Phillipa even agreed to meet me on a Saturday night at the property to hand over the keys on her way to a family event while her partner waited in the car. My family and I recently completed our application for a rental property in the local area, and both Tayla and Philippa were a joy to work with. Nothing was too much trouble: They took every call promptly, acted on my requests and queries as a priority, and were supportive throughout. They're both so down to earth and I almost feel a little disappointed I won't be in contact with them as often now we have completed. I can’t recommend Belvoir Mansfield enough! I had been in contact with them for a while, due to being interested in different properties, but after a while of house hunting we were accepted by our landlord and the journey began. We were originally dealt with one person, who has now left the company, but Phillippa took us on after he left and she’s been nothing but amazing! She made the process very easy and in general she is a lovely, friendly, chatty person which is exactly why we left feeling happy. I was constantly checking Belvoir’s website and they do have a good range of properties but they are also available to chat with if you want to just call/email to ask about properties. Shambolic. Rude staff, especially a lady called Katie who works there, wow I have never come across such a rude and unhelpful lady. She tried telling me that it is acceptable for them to leave a poorly person without any hot water or any heating in the middle of winter for 5 whole days until they can be bothered get someone to fix it and then she tried telling me to ask my partner what's happening. Unfortunately, we have been left in a position where 2 properties within one year were left in a disgusting state. Inspections weren't accurate, out buildings weren't inspected, one being left full of dog feaces another with grafitti of expletives. The cost of refurbishments was in excess of £6000 with no accountability accepted by Belvoir. Their answer was claim on insurance, obviously no point in having a property manager if that is the solution! Belvoir Mansfield, also, since June 2019 have started selling tenants nil deposit which means they take no deposit for your property BUT they don't advise the landlord.... Read more

To be honest, I am already struggling to find enough words to say how good Belvoir Mansfield were when I needed to sell a newly furbished house in Warsop. He was so professional, friendly and obliging that he spent an hour and half to do the photos, detail their contract and even price match their fee with another agent as I was advertising my property using two agents. Which proved to be unnecessary because Nick and his team soon ran well ahead of the other agent and found me a cash buyer! Which is exactly I would wish for. But it did not end there, I found the whole team very supportive as the sale went through usual legal formalities. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. So to be honest if you're looking to sell a house, or even rent one, then look no further. Nick, Charlotte and his team would definitely save your time and money. In Nick's management Beloir Mansfield is the best estate agent in Mansfield and 40 miles radius. Hand on heart well deserved 5 stars for them.
