Avoid this estate agent. Tried to view a property through them to be told we can’t as they think we may not get a mortgage. We renovate 4-6 properties per year and never had this before. Seems something underhand going on.

Really bad communication. Booked a viewing. I was told I would get an email to confirm and I never received it. We viewed the property and rang 30 minutes later to put an offer in. We were told an offer had been accepted the previous week. What a waste of time.

If there was a zero star I would rate it . Unprofessional staff , hubby & wife team rude & advised me not to sell ! Don't know how they stay in business . Spoke to others and also told a bad reputation . Don't bother as they can't be bothered !

These estate agents are friendly and helpful. I needed a place to rent many years ago and they were very helpful. They are very reasonably priced and offer a fair deal. Although I haven't visited this one in Mansfield, my dealings have mainly been with the Kirkby in Ashfield branch.

Absolutely disgusting from start to not finished, 6 months ago we was advised that our property was sold subject to contract with a cash buyer, with all financing in place and a quick sale. 2 months in to find they was looking for a mortgage what was not needed as these was cash buyers. After 6 months we have removed the property from the sale and will not be charged solicitors fee’s because of there incompetence to get the right information. Stay well clear and you a trusted and reputable company.

What an amazing and personal service we have received on our recent sale. David Bounts staff have been so professional, partucularly Tina, who I have dealt with mostly and also Maggie. i am searching on google maps for 'liberty close, mansfield', and every time I try to search, google maps just sends me to 'david blount estate agents, albert street, mansfield', this is the suckiest way to get an advert across I have ever seen
