Me and my partner were first time buyers, and John Sankey were the estate agents that the vendors of the property we were buying chose. We did not have the best experience with our solicitors but Lisa at John Sankey has been absolutely incredible. She helped us with every little thing despite not really being our estate agent! Any question we had was never an issue, and she helped push things along when it felt like we weren’t getting anywhere. Lisa went above and beyond for us, and if it comes to us selling in the future we wouldn’t hesitate to go with John Sankey. Thank you Lisa

Most professional estate agents I've dealt with. After being let down by a previous company and eventually pulling out of a house purchase; buying a property through John Sankey was breath of fresh air.
Special shout-out to Ben who kept us informed of every single step of the way and going above and beyond to keep the process as smooth as possible for us. My partner and I could not be happier with the service provided and our new home so thank you all!

A big thank you to all the staff, especially Ben, who helped us through a pretty nail biting time for both the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Ben and his colleagues kept us up to date with proceedings and always fitted us in to their schedule if we wanted extra visits to check out and measure certain things in our new property.
Would certainly recommend Sankeys for the personal and professional way they dealt with us and other people in the chain.

I was buying a house that they were selling. I was a 1st time buyer so i didn't understand their protocol. Lisa and Ben were very quick to help. I didn't realise how much estate agents do get involved. In some respects they were more informative than my own solicitor. They also had their own recommendations for a solicitor. Ben was always sending me emails with updates. Lisa was always ringing or emailing me with information about the house buying process.
If I could give John Sankeys 10* I would have. I will definitely use this estate agents in the future.

Unbelievablely unprofessional. Giving out personal details, always had JUST received an email when I rang, took over a year to sell my home due to them not background checking the buyer, had to find a new one after 9 months!! This should have been known when they checked her money wasn't in place. I will admit that once it all fell through after 9 months and the main duties where taken away from the regular employees where taken over by the manager things went much smoother but it shouldn't have ever got to that point. I would not recommend.
