Benyon estate agency uses Wild West methods. At the beginning of the first lockdown, my roommate decided to leave, so they asked me to do the same or pay the full rent. I was stuck there because of the situation and had to pay a rent far beyond my means for several months. Taking advantage of a global pandemic and making money on people's misfortune is nameless. I have been living in a flat belonging to the Benyon Estate for two years and I love it. The flat is renovated to very high standard while keeping the charm of Victorian style houses. The team of the Benyon Estate is very helpful and attentive to any issue that could arise in the flat. The location is one of the very best in East London, very close to the centre but also to the most fun areas of London.
