Rented from IDM Estates in November 2020, the letting agent Sascha was great, balancing professionalism and friendlessness perfectly. Sascha and the team at IDM have been over and above the expectation of help and support during the tenancy. Nearing 3 years at the property speaks for itself.

The leasing process was simple and with the help of Sascha at IDM, we found an amazing property. Sascha was such an enormous help when one of our options fell through; you can tell she really cares about helping people find the best properties, and she's a wonderful friend as well! Cristina at IDM has been amazing since we moved into an IDM property and is always available with answers. Would recommend going through IDM.

Avoid investing with this company. Very poor in terms of maintenance and upkeep. A nightmare to communicate with.

I’ve recently began a tenancy with IDM and haven’t experienced better customer service. As an agency, they’ve prioritized my convince and happiness. I locked myself out recently and an estate agent, not responsible for managing my property, went out of her way to help me outside of business hours. And I got back into my flat. I couldn’t be happier that I signed with IDM.

They do not deserve the 1 star that I have no choice in giving them. If you go to their office with a problem their initial response will be to acuse you first. Then deny that the problem actually does not exist and do whatever they can to pass the buck on. Totally unprofessional, rude, argumentative, lazy, incompetent
