If I could have given zero or negative stars, I would have done so. My experience of this estate agent is as a prospective buyer. And, as a result of my experience, I would never buy a property through these people, and suggest you too give them a wide berth. They provide misleading information regarding properties, both on their website and accompanying brochures. Then, when you ask to withdraw from the purchase because of what you discover about the property, they hit you with extortionate withdrawal fees and blame the client and their client's solicitor, even though the only agreement you have signed is with them. Even worse, they send you insulting emails trying to make you feel bad about your decision to withdraw. Of course, after complaining about such, they apologise. But the damage has already been done. Querying the withdrawal fees, which they call "administration fees" doesn't get you far. You get no breakdown of tasks, just that you have been charged for one hour, at a cost of £375+VAT. Wow! That is more than most people earn in a week! Absolutely disgraceful!!... Read more
